Poor service. Very disappointed. Never got several things we requested. The solution was to take it off the bill. Thanks. That made our dinner so much better. ?

I spend about 3 weeks a year at a family condo in Naples and try to make it to this Outback at least twice during this time. My last visit was fantastic. I arrived solo around 8:30pm and was seated in the bar area. My server was very friendly and kept checking in on me despite me being a single party not needing much. The food was fantastic and the quality-value ratio is really second to none. I got a 22 oz porter house steak, 2 huge sides and unlimited bread for under 40 bucks. I enjoyed every bite and left a happy customer once again!

Not a huge fan of chain restaurants but this Outback doesn’t feel like a “chain type” restaurant and has become a staple in the East Naples community. The bar tenders are second to none. Sab, Lefty, Noel, Megan, always great service at the bar. Patrick the manager is always moving and helping out everywhere it seems. Food is also very consistent. Really enjoy coming to this Outback. Well done ??

Great service and great food ?

They are outnumbered by many restaurants in Naples that have much better food. The service was very good but you just can’t service your way to a successful restaurant without very good food. Salads small and mushy, they were pre-made many hours before. We ordered baked potatoes with the works toppings which they call ‘loaded’ and you had to look for the cheese, sour cream, bacon, and butter. The potatoes must have been un-loaded before they were brought to our table. My fillet, very average to poor. Not the outback I used to know. A 3 is generous only because the service was very good.

Amazing place to eat. Our server Robert was amazing. Got everything right even with a busy night and short staff. The food was amazing and the outback old fashion is a must try. Thank you Robert for the great experience!!! We will definitely be back. Kudos to the manager Patrick for a wonderful and friendly staff and superb customer service.

I just want to give a big shout out and thank everyone that works so hard at this Outback. These folks always go out of their way to make your visit so enjoyable and fun. They all work together as one TEAM and are always helping each other out whenever they can. At a time when other restaurants are struggling to find good help, this staff has excelled at making your visit as pleasant as possible. Let me name some of them; Sabatino, Christine B (“Lefty”), Noelle, Megan, Patrick, Tia, Susan, Christine D, and Jordon. Additionally, I have had the pleasure of meeting Christie on a few occasions, the Regional Manager, who is a delight and a outstanding person. When she is not doing her “normal duties” there, she is jumping in to help wherever she can, behind the bar or bring customers their food. Please thank you and keep up the good work.Paul

Took my wife out for a Valentine's day dinner She ordered her usual Victoria steak, baked potato and ceasar salad. I had the outback burger, fries and French onion soup. We waited and waited until finally our meal came out. No salad or onion soup. The waitress said she could bring it out then,,,and let our meal get cold. I said no thanks. Great Valentine's dinner!

Food was good, service was good. Another fine Outback experience. Both food and service exceeded expectations.

Service was great; unfortunately, food was so disappointing. We order cheese and steak dip: chips were uncooked and salty and convinced with the cheese dip that was worst way too salty. Then I ordered sirloin with shrimp; the meat, potato, and the bread under the shrimp was super salty as well. Not going back ever
