I was there last night for dinner and everything was great. By far the best service I've had. My server Lacee was outstanding. She made sure I was taken care of and had answers and suggestions with every question I had. I've been here before in the past and it was always just ok. Everything ran smoothly this time. Along with my food being cooked to perfection. I had the best experience overall. My amazing server even got my daughters picky order just right and made sure to check on us often. I will be coming back more often for sure.
I stopped in on a Friday at 530. It wasn’t busy at all. Upon entering, I held the door for an elderly group. The manager welcomed them and treated this group like royalty. However, I stood at the hostess booth while the young hostess ignored me. I waited and stood there for about 2 minutes before being addressed, while the young man ignored me. I asked for a booth for 2 and was taken to a table. The tabletop was dirty and covered in food residue. The menu was absolutely disgusting and clearly had not been wiped down. There were crusty remnants of previous uses. I had to ask for a new menu from the server. But wait, it gets better. After the manager greeted me and took my drink order, the server walked up and never greeted me, did not introduce himself, and asked if I wanted bread. I told him someone took the order but I needed a clean menu. He was not pleased. When my drinks came out, only one water was brought and no straws. I had to wait for him to walk by again to ask for straws and other water. Five more minutes go by and the manager walks by again. I was here for about 25 minutes. I left money for my Diet Coke and left. If the basic seating, introductions, and overall cleanliness are terrible, I can only imagine the food quality. I traveled to the outback in South Naples and had a great experience!
My husband and I are Welsh and celebrating part of our 50th wedding anniversary in Naples Fl. This evening we ate at the Outback at 4910 Tamiami Trail N. There was a problem with my meal which resulted in the manager Mark Davis addressing it personally. He was professional, empathetic and friendly . He resolved the problem with little fuss . We were very impressed with this gentleman and his attitude and actions led us to see him as an excellent ambassador for Outback . Thank you Mark , an absolute pleasure meeting you and your staff who are not only pleasant but have the right welcoming behaviour that was an absolute treat . Ps , we thoroughly enjoyed the meal and delicious dessert .

I usually wouldn’t leave a review for a chain restaurant but our server tonight, Lacey, was phenomenal. She was so friendly and helpful with helping me find meal choices that fit my diet. All of her suggestions for me were great! I went with the sirloin and shrimp and it was perfect! If you ever visit this location you have to ask for Lacey she takes it from a regular trip to outback to a truly awesome night out

We really enjoyed our dinner experience at this Outback. Victoria was our server and was very pleasant and attentive. Food came out on time and was hot and real enjoyable. Cheryl, a manager, checked on us and was very informative. Even John Paul, the GM came to our table and made sure everything was on point. Overall, a great experience for me and my kids. Looking forward to coming back in the near future.

It's been years since I have been to an Outback. Upon arrival staff was friendly and helpful. We were seated rather quickly. During dinner rush. Staff came back and checked on us frequently. The broccoli was beautifully done. Not super soft or overly hard. My steak was cooked to order, not excessively fatty and delicious. Sweet potato was great too. Everything was clean. The restaurant wasn't overly loud. I would recommend it again. To go order came just as we were finished with dinner. Perfectly timed I would say.
This family run business never fails to go out of their way to make sure every customer is well taken care of. He employs local young adults who are always courteous and works hard to make your dining experience enjoyable. We’ve never had a bad meal and the wait is worth it. Keep up the great work especially when there are so many other more expensive choices in Naples, it’s nice to know you don’t have to break the bank to get a great tasty meal!
