The food is amazing specially the seafood pasta and burrata. The music is not adequate (rap music).
This place is unbelievable!! Last night solidified it for us. We have traveled Europe - ate all over Italy, we’re both Italian decent. The food is amazing!! Simple dishes with an amazing twist & ingredients that explode when they hit your taste buds. The best Italian in Naples!! Hands down
Great service and fantastic food!
Sat under the A/C - a bit cold. Fried calamari - too much batter. Octopus underwhelming. But, we liked the sausage special and ragu pastas. The wine is way too expensive.
The food, vibe and service are consistently good here. The Zucchini Chips are ridiculously amazing. They have explained to my wife how they are made, and it is apparently tedious. These are only available at the 5th avenue location (not Mercato) and are worth the trip. The pizza … with the right frame of mind - if a 10 is the best pizza I’ve ever had in my entire life, this is an 8. Pretty good for SWFL. This is NOT a NY pizza or Chicago pizza, it is what it is. The ingredients are all good, the crust is actually pretty fluffy between the cheese and the bottom layer and I think it’s because they properly filter the water and use the right flour (it was a lunch break so I didn’t have time to ask) – however this is the same chef who started The French, whose water I also commented on in my review of that restaurant. A warning to those who like a tart or tangy tasting sauce: this pizza has a sweet sauce, which I like, so it was all good to my taste. The main plates came out @ 20 minutes later - not too bad for lunch time on 5th.My daughter likes this type of spaghetti and meatballs, but I’m not a fan. She says it was good.I shared the chicken pesto sandwich with my wife and it was very good. I’ve had better locally, but this was not bad in any way.The Turkey “Panini” … ummm, WOW. I say with no exaggeration that this was the best turkey sandwich I’ve ever had. The flavors were unreal, the turkey was juicy and fresh and it wasn’t like a smashed up panini at all – thick toasted bread, but fluffy in the middle. The bacon was chopped up for a great even consistency. Again, WOW.The service was outstanding, btw.We didn’t order it on this trip, but my wife says the salmon here is out of this world.
Great casual Italian place with good food on the main street. All of their pastas are made in house as well as their pizzas.
Vincenzo Betulia is a first class chef. Bingo. From the mid west to Campiello's to having his dream at Osteria Tulia. Our go to place for all Italian food. Belisimo.
We had the most incredible meal with delicious handmade pasta, and our server, Brandon was fabulous! He went out of his way to make our experience memorable. We loved the outdoor dining ambience as it felt like we were back in Italy. We will be back in the future. Highly recommend!
Excellent experience today at lunch. Outstanding wait staff! Wish I could remember her name…she was pleasant and efficient.
Was too cold for golf yesterday and decided to take a trip to 5th Avenue in downtown Naples. We are new to area and had heard about this restaurant and fortunately they were able to seat us without a reservation. From the moment we stepped in we felt like we were in a cafe in Italy. Our waiter (wish I knew his name) was fantastic and greeted us with some delicious rustic bread and roasted eggplant. We were in the mood for pizza and it did not disappoint!! My husband and I split the Caesar Salad and Margarita pizza (added pepperoni to it) - both fabulous! The romaine in the salad was the freshest I ever had and pizza just like in Italy. Can’t wait to come back
