My husband & I went to the Olive Garden for the first time in years and were most impressed. The hostess was very friendly and went out of her way to help me get some cleanser for my hands, because an ink pen had just exploded on my hands in the car. Our server was there instantly to bring our drink orders while we looked at the menu. They have a sparkling red Roscato wine that I love. Kind of sweet and fizzy.My husband ordered the Create your Own Spaghetti & Meatballs and was very happy with it. He said the meat sauce was very good and the Meatballs were too. And there was plenty of it.Of course they brought the huge bowl of salad & breadsticks. Our Server, Daniel, remembered not to put tomatoes on the salad. He also made sure our drinks were kept full. He was very attentive to us and to his other table across from us.I ordered the Seafood Alfredo, hoping the seafood wouldn't be over cooked for my taste, as I'm VERY picky about my seafood. To my delight, the shrimp & scallops were cooked PERFECTLY, very tender and succulent; and Daniel remembered my request to be sure to put plenty of Alfredo sauce, which was delicious. I had half left over and took it home for my lunch the next day.We will definitely be going back.
I asked for hot water along with my food, the waitress asked me if I want lemon in it. I agreed. Later on she asked if I would like to refill hot water and I agreed. The bill included the food and.....hot tea $3.99 Huh? Since when do you charge for water in USA? And if you charge for tea, why didn't u offer that? And if you are going to charge for water, why don't you give customers a warning? Is there water shortage in US I don't know about? Ridiculous!
Olive Garden gave us the best combination of service and good food that I've had in a long time. From the greeters at the front door to our attentive server, to the delicious pasta dishes, everyone performed in an exemplary fashion. Even the chef visited our table to check in, and the dishes he prepared for us were especially tasty and memorable. I had not been at Olive Garden for quite some time, but I plan to return on a more regular basis. Thank you staff.
Okay so I love to eat here the food is delicious but I came here today with my husband and the waiter was very quiet and seemed annoyed that we were there. We waited 40 minutes for my husband's drink to get refilled. I noticed the waiter was running the bar and serving the 3 tables of guest including us, but everyone else got attended to but us. I asked to order an entree to go and told him which one I wanted but he walked away before I could even ask to put mushrooms or anything else on it....
My boyfriend & I went to Olive Garden today for a quick bite to eat and opted to sit in the bar area. There was only one other person at the bar when we sat down, the male bartender Raul looked at us and walked away without greeting us. He came back a few minutes later and again did not say hi, just asked if someone had already gotten our drink order. He was quiet and stand-offish the entire time, never once replied to our requests with a polite response like “sure thing,” or “my pleasure.” You would have thought that I ran this guys dog over by how cold he was acting towards us. Even after we paid and got up from our seats he didn’t bother to tell us goodbye or thank you for the tip (which we left despite the poor service). I work in the service industry and I was astounded, I would NEVER let one of my tables leave without thanking them for their business.Food was actually tasty but I left with such a bad taste in my mouth.
Stayed next door @ La Quinta Hotel and a big fan of Olive Garden in general. This Olive Garden; great food as usual but service atrocious; I had lunch at bar and dinner twice at bar; absolutely terrible service. Empty drink glass for over 20 minutes without anyone servicing myself and others. Manager had to be called several times. Only one bartender and he was awful; untrained. Food delivered but no napkin/utensils to eat it with. Asked me if I wanted another beer when my glass still half full and he still filled it and charged me for another full glass. Too many staff just standing around in their own little work worlds and, with one exception, unwilling and unable to help other staff. Patrons complaining both days I ate there. Managers need to get involved and WORK; less supervising and more getting involved to help service customers. I'm still an Olive Garden fan BUT NOT AT THIS LOCATION. AWFUL AN UNDERSTATEMENT.
Had a wonderful waitress or shall I say server. I cannot remember her name however I believe she was Cuban maybe in her 30s. I just wanted management to know that she was an excellent waitress I believe she's not from the area but she was an excellent server very attentive very professional clean uniform was in order. I loved him. Me and my friend Frankie Ray enjoyed our dinner
Loved the atmosphere and service. This was one of the cleanest Olive gardens that we have been to. The waiter was very attentive and polite and the atmosphere was just great and so inviting. I will definitely go again with my kids.
At most 5 minutes for drinks took 15 15 for appetizers took 30 Forget about second drink 25 minutes for entries took 65 minutes and check should take 5. 15minutes. Not even talking about cold food
Olive Garden is great restaurant..it’s soup and salad are the best and out of the world….it has few vegetarian options but the dish are one of best in world per my experience….it has great ambiance…very optimal lighting….very good service and friendly staff…very clean and beautiful restaurant….overall it’s a great family experience going to this restaurant…kids have their own menu…they get a booklet with puzzles and activities which keep them busy until food is served…this gives some time for adults to chat?…they bring the food with out much waiting…the beverage selection is also good..they have some of best tasting drinks ever….you get ample space for parking and when it’s busy you have nice waiting area….overall it’s a great experience to enjoy lunch at Olive Garden…I hope you enjoy your family meals at Olive Garden…enjoy!!!!
