My family and I have been ordering from here for 3 years now. The staff has always been friendly and I’ve never had any issue with my food or my order. The food itself is good and I feel like the portions are pretty hefty. I always have leftovers for later. I usually get chicken lo mein and the special fried rice. I also highly recommend the cheese wontons and the sweet and sour chicken. I have made many good memories with my family having a good meal from #1 wok.
We have had great chinese food, and simply BLAH chinese food, from this place. Might depend on the cook in the kitchen.Prices are not bad, but food can be a bit inconsistent.
I never thought you could go wrong with Chinese food specifically when you’re starving but this place proved me wrong. The people there are really nice but my goodness their food is horrible. I went there last year and it was really good. I don’t know what happened.
Instead of closing down and canceling my order after arriving 30 minutes after closing time they called to ask if I was still coming and patiently waited for me to come, couldn't be more thankful
First off, this place is dirty and kitchen was very messy with food on the floor. Got hot and sour soup and chicken fried rice. The worst we have ever had.
Dumplings are pretty good and general TSO has some good flavor. Orange chicken had a bland taste and egg rolls missing some salt.
Worst customer service I have ever had in my life! My family and I frequent here today I went in to place an order I am trying to order and the young girl (never seen her before) taking my order is the rudest person I ever encountered. As I'm placing my order she tells me to calm down, I'm like mam I am calm I am just trying to place my order she seemed to not know what's on the menu and got irritated by simple menu questions. I then proceed to continue with my order because I'm thinking ok maybe she's having a bad day and she continues with the most unprofessional attitude, that is not how you treat potential customers needless to say I walked out and I will not be returning to this establishment. She needs training on customer service & manners I am so non confrontational and a genuinely nice person, it's Christmas Eve lets just say she's a Grinch and with that attitude she will take the whole business down with her. I would stay away if you care about being treated with respect
I tried this for the 1st time in several years, man, things have gone down hill. Unkept as you enter, fruit flys flying around the bathroom, no paper towels, bathroom dirty and not well lit, condiments in cardboard boxes on a table. I ordered a General Tao’s chicken and it had absolutely no flavor! Broccoli on top of the entree was cold. Things didn’t look much better when I looked towards the back. Won’t be going back. Sad because there doesn’t seem to be a lot of Chinese options in Naples anymore.
Unfortunately the string beans i wanted were out but they made a substitution of snow peas that may be sutibule. We'll see!
Great food, always made in a timely matter for a good price. Recommend the buffalo wings an fried rice or the orange chicken.
