We had an outstanding evening her at The Cave. The decor and atmosphere make you feel transformed to a wine cave in Tuscany. It is a fun unique setting with fabulous wine, and a great selection of appetizers and dinner entrees.
Excellent food and wine but VERY noisy! Would definitely recommend but if you have people in your party with hearing difficulties, conversation will be a strain.
The food is outstanding. The chef is from Baleen in La Playa Hotel. Service is great. Both indoor or outdoor dining. Inside is supposed to be like a wine cave reminiscent of Napa Valley. There is also an active bar very close to the dining so it is very busy and very noisy. Outside is very pleasant with no noise. They have a huge wine list. However if you bring a bottle that they don’t have there is a $25 corkage fee. We brought a bottle of 2010 Bond Pluribus vineyard which they did not have. It’s a great experience and would encourage a visit there. Also, there is a slightly younger crowd inside.
Small place connected to a wine shop. Cocktails excellent, and hand-made by friendly, knowledgeable bartenders. We have been here for appetizers and drinks several times. Not many tables, but some comfortable couches. Atmosphere great. Food good. Worth a trip to check it out ! Will be back for dinner in the future.
The atmosphere and ambiance in this restaurant is tremendous and it makes for a beautiful evening. Upon arrival we were promptly seated. The menú, like many Naples Restaurants is expensive and I thought the portions were small. I had the Wild Mushroom & Truffle Pappardelle which was excellent. All in all it was a very enjoyable evening and worth a visit!
The atmosphere was quaint and cozy. The staff was super friendly. The menu had options for a light or full meal. Try the Pinot wine flight, so good.
Amazing wine store . Donny the owner is very knowledgeable about wines from old and need world. Recommended 100%
Been in twice now. First time was tapas and drinks, second was for dinner. Outstanding each time. The service is excellent. Attentive staff, entertaining bar tenders. Food is so unique and delicious. Loved the oysters, best I’ve had outside of Maine. Best snapper I’ve ever had. The wine selection is top notch. The dessert was excellent. Such a great experience. My new favorite for special occasions. Definitely recommend trying The Cave if you haven’t yet.
Food should taste good.... Dining out should be memorable... Service should be amazing... Every...single...visit...to The Cave Bistro & Wine Bar is memorable! Shout out to Cheyenne, Jackson and the mixologists at the bar - you rock customer service - Thank You! To the chef - consistently you offer great presentation of fresh, flavorful, innovative and delicious...so good! The Cave, in the Shoppes At Vanderbilt, is a #mustdo #hiddengem when visiting Naples!
we dined outside here a few days ago and then visited again last night for an after dinner drink right before closing. The food was very good but i was a bit disappointed in the rather small number of entries on the menu. One of our friends mentioned that you needed to like mushrooms if you eat here because they use mushrooms in many of their dishes Bartenders and wait staff very friendly and competent. Their wine and drink prices are a bit high.. and some of their pours could be much more generous. My wife ordered a Cosmo that was served in the smallest martini glass I've ever seen. We may go back for a late night dessert and after dinner drink simply to enjoy watching the bartenders...
