This is a resort and it feels like it. Was here for Phillips conference and enjoyed all the activities the resort had to offer. Pool is heated and slide was great for all ages.Staff exceptional and very accommodating. Beach was a small ride from the resort that left every 5 to 10 min.In my opinion each really wasn’t all that great so I’d probably stay at the resort and enjoy the drinks and pool.My only critique is maybe during summer hot days you don’t heat the pool. Usually when you go into pool you want to feel that cool refreshing feeling from being in the sun. Again overall great stay

My wife and I came to the Naples Grande Beach Resort to spend the first week of our honeymoon. We stayed in a villa suite away, looking to have some privacy away from the main hotel. After a long flight in we enjoyed the private beach (it is beautiful) as well as the pool. The service at each bar so far has been excellent.However, upon returning to take a shower and hit the town we noticed out shower had no handle and there was black mold all over the ceiling (Villa 105). This is in addition to the living room TV not working (we didn't really care and were willing to let that slide) and our bedroom being adjacent to the valet parking lot (again something we were willing to let slide) due to the beautiful beach and wonderful hospitality.The villa suite is not inexpensive and with many great hotels nearby including the Ritz, the La Playa, and others we decided to take a chance having heard wonderful things. It also did not hurt that we were able to save a few dollars compared to those house names. Unfortunately, I regret that decision instantly - first night in. This place is not there yet, please do not waste your money.If you want the true Naples experience you are better off spending the difference on a brand with a reputation for excellence (in my opinion). We will be talking to the manger in the morning, trying our best not to ruin the first night of our honeymoon over trivial matters. Eventually we will need to shower though...

The service was great but they make you pay 150 extra fee per day I wasn’t aware of it. Unfortunately the next day they charged another 157 so at end you end up paying double for this hotel which I don’t think its good or have any consideration for customers. Just be aware of all the fee to pay before going. Moreover the food was exceptional and the service in general.

Not only is the hotel Gorgeous ! But, Every Member of your staff have been just great, friendly, and courteous. Niki at your reception desk went above and beyond to help us! My husband had a family issue regarding a lawyer and a will we had to sign documents! Niki help make that happen! Pearla and Mariono at the bar were super Friendly and fun! Maid service was spot on! I don’t know if corporate has meetings on hospitality here but they all seem extremely genuine!! Will definitely be back! We had a BLAST!

I was a guest with a company awards banquet. I was impressed with the accommodations, the dinner, and the overall cleanliness of the facility. However, a standout was Matt a valet. He was very helpful and friendly when I arrived; but when I was leaving I was told by the other attendant that Matt had seen me with my bags and was already off to get my car. He didn't want me to wait. If a business can create this "service mentality" at all levels; they will truly be successful.Mike McGimpsey

Beautiful property. Great room and fabulous pool. Shuttle service to beach was wonderful. My husband Had a business event tonight, so I had dinner by myself at The Catch. My waitress was Latoya and she was so welcoming and made me feel incredibly comfortable eating a light dinner alone. Food was amazing. Highly recommend this resort and restaurant. And Latoya!

This is an absolutely beautiful property with a slightly casual vibe. Great lobby bar and the pool looks like a lot of fun with slide and zero entry beach. Palapa bar poolside too!.We were there for a Christmas dinner at the Pelican catch where the service was superb and the food was just okay and pretty pricey. I think that they will up their game, they just reopened. We will go there again for sure. It was lovely for a nice night out.

Amazing hotel ! I really enjoyed the spa. I had a great body wrap. The facilities are wonderful : heated pool and easy access beach are great. Staff Oral and Kenard serving at the bar took an incredibly good care of us. They made our experience special !

My family and I came here for winter break. The hotel cleanliness is a 4 of 5. I think it's hard for them to get a 5 in this category because the hotel is older and no matter how clean everything is the smell of old carpet etc is still there. Also the hotel itself had water stains on the glass and mildew on the building. You can tell these things are overlooked. As for the service, most of the employees try their very best with some of the language barrier but there is about 10to 15% of the employees that don't care at all about any requests. It's a take it or leave it attitude. I have a daughter who has an egg allergy and some of the employees were helpful when dinning but others acted like I was from another planet when I made them aware of the allergy. Or they would make statements like oh there is no egg in the hamburger or whatever I was ordering. They don't understand that the egg can be in the food or cross contaminated. This tells me they are not trained in this area. This made our trip really difficult. We had to leave property often to eat. The pool is kid friendly but going to beach was tough. It's about a half mile walk but on the board walk there are shuttles going back on forth and it feels like you can get hit pretty easily. We shuttled back due to this. Beach is nice but hard access to food and water. Only 1 area for it and very limited service. I say ideal for a family that doesn't care much about a beach and if u don't have any food restrictions.

Hosted a team event October 1st. The billing process was a significant challenge. Limited communication, over charges, 60 days later a big charge on my CC. Truly not worth the hassle as there are other properties in the area. Shuttle to the beach is a bottle neck when trying to enjoy the sand and salt water.
