WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN! 2nd time my husband and my 2 sons went to pick up an order we placed online. Seemed easy and convenient however they were treated as if they were trying to steal food. Spent $85 (for lunch) and had the employee argue with my husband just to get our food. Husband tried to give the card he paid with and was still getting questioned by staff member. And remind you this is now the 2nd time. Why make your customer’s uncomfortable and embarrassed in front of our kids and other customers. Very upsetting.
Mediocre and over priced food. Server brought my food and never checked back with me. I waited 20 minutes after I was done eating for her to bring my check. She was just standing at the bar talking to a male employee the whole time. Other customers complained about this to the hostess. I left money to cover my bill and a tip, then walked out. None of the employees noticed me leaving. Go to Garibaldi's instead - great authentic Mexican food and employees who treat you like they are happy you are there!
I love Mr Tequilas normally. Never did I ever think I would give a bad review for them. I took guests there from out of town and told them how wonderful the food and the service is and they were totally shocked by the lack of service we experienced. Oh he food was amazing thank goodness. Sergio was too busy playing around at the bar and chatting with the girls who work there to notice that we were trying to get his attention. I had to go up to the bar to get a drink refill and we had to shout to get his attention to get more chips. Sergio was absolutely not present in any way shape or form. I was so embarrassed and disappointed.
The food was very good service was awesomethey overcooked my carnitas second trip there they made it right gave me a little box of carnitas for the roadthat's pretty cool !!I like it?
We visited both locations while in Naples. The food was equally good at both, but the service was way better at the east Naples spot. The fajitas were totally delicious. Lots of moist, tasty chicken and plenty of sautéed onions and peppers. Piping hot and stayed hot for each shell. We ordered the queso and it was smooth and very flavourful. The free chips and homemade salsa was a nice bonus and the drinks were excellent. All very fairly priced and the young gal who served us was friendly and polite, as well as efficient. All in all great Mexican food at a very attractive price point.
RUDE BARTENDERI've gone to this restaurant many times and I love the food and the service but this will be my last time. I went on a Friday afternoon and it was really slow. I ordered a tilapia meal and didn't like it. I inform the server/ bartender that I didn't like it and he ignored my statement. I asked another server to get me something else and the bartender came to my table with an attitude. He told me he'd charge me for an extra rice and ect. Long story short he got mad and yelled "BYE,BYE,BYE" making a scene in the restaurant. I shouldn't be forced to eat something I don't like.
Very good and excellent hot salsa for the chips (if that's your thing). I'll definitely return.
Good was very good and plentiful! Service was great too! Everybody got their own salsa which was a nice touch. I got the fajitas with the cactus. Never had cactus before so I wanted to try it. I won't order the cactus again as the texture wasn't to my liking but the rest was excellent.
Wish I could give it negative stars. Worse meal I've ever had anywhere. My husband's steak was so tough he couldn't eat it. But was mild compared to my meal. I stressed several times I was allergic to onions and asked to please leave off the salsa and guacamole. When it came with quacamole on it I sent it back and they scraped off the quac and sent it back to me. With onions still on my plate. They not only did nothing about our 2 barley touched meals and took nothing off the bill. Train your staff about food allergies. It could mean big problems for some. I was sick to my stomach but will live to NEVER go back to your restaurant again.
Delicious chips and salsa. Service was a little on the slow side but we weren't in a hurry. Once we got the chips and salsa we were happily occupied.
