Ordered my food online, didn't ask for guacamole on anything and it was in everything. Sat on hold for over 10 mins waiting for someone to answer my call about the error. Since my husband and daughter hate guacamole it ruined their dinners!!This is ridiculous that they can't read an order to get it right! You pay almost $40 for food to be completed correctly!can enjoy it!!
Stopped at moes on radio Rd after showing new construction homes to my buyers in Naples. Staff was friendly and the place was clean. One of the best chicken quesadillas I've had from a chain restaurant. Easy parking so you can get in and out quickly if your in a hurry. Always love the salsa bar it's the best.
there was rubber bands in the food & got chased out by some lady claiming to be the store owner after trying to take a cup to drink water l
They employees are great and always helpful I just wish their hours were more consistent or I knew when they were closing early or opening late. I feel like I’m always rolling a dice on when they are open and I’m always disappointed.
Been going to Moe's since the 1st opened their doors. But we placed an order on line to be delivered on Saturday @ around 7:30. After giving credit card # for payment. We received a message stating it would be Sunday when to expect delivery.Totally confused I called the restaurant, followed their instructions to speak to them. I found myself in a continuous loop of music, one ring and back to music for about 20 minutes. Finally I went to Moe's to find out if they knew that their website and phone system was not working right.The door was locked, employees were cleaning up and the manager refused to come to the door. And would just make a cut thoat jester and totally ignore that I was at the door to tell her the experience with their website and phone.Very unprofessional and disappointed.But we thought we would give it another try on Monday nite,received our food on time but this time we were missing the salsa and a 20oz. drink.We love Moe's but now I'm shocked and aVery Disappointed Consumer
