Food was really good. My family enjoy the dinner while washing an sport even in one of the many TVs they have in the place. Services was in a high level. We have a great family time at this place and prices don’t rip us.
I was stuck in town for 8 hours with no wheels. I spent three hours here and was treated great. The server was thoughtful and attentive throughout. Menu portions were large and tasty - restaurant was clean.Prices were reasonable and they deserved the 200% tip that they got. I find all the Miller Ale Houses excellant and this one was above that par! Stop in! I will again!
Stopped by Millers ale house for the first time with my clients after a long day of showing homes for sale in North Naples. It was my first time visiting. I was surprised it was so family friendly. The good was great and the menu had a variety of options. Our waitress was the best and service was on point. Highly recommend a visit
So I had traveled to Naples to buy vehicle and this Miller's location was close to the dealership walked over had lunch the bartender was extremely friendly and welcoming her and welcoming her service was very good the food was consistent as it should be I would definitely return and recommend to travelers and naple locals alike to enjoy.
The food was great but the service was a different store. We choose this place to have a few beers and food but when we asked our waiter for what they had his response was just “miller light”. While I enjoy miller light as much as the next person on the menu it said to ask what they had for local choices. Waters also took 10 minutes to get refilled. It wasn’t a crowded night either.
Tonight was yet another fantastic night! Madison provided us the best service and was so beyond kind! We will make sure to return, because of her amazing customer service! I tried to call a manager, because Madison is an asset, but was disconnected after being on hold for 11 minutes.
Took my partner out for dinner for our usual Monday date night. Food is always good, but on 3/14/22, our server Diana was fantastic! Best service we've had when going out to eat at a restaurant in long time. This place is is very fortunate to have a server like her.
We almost always have dinner here when i come for a visit and it's usually very good... but....Waiter was friendly enough, took too long to perform his tasks, had to remind him several times. Sisters steak was killed, waiter took so long before coming back to table that she gave in and nibbled on it until she couldn't take it any more. , fajita was a bad choice to order. The portion looked like somebody ate half of the chicken before bringing it out. Got up to order our own drink because was taking so long, waiter intercepted the order and assured he would bring it. When waiter finally came back to table, we had to remind him to get the drink. Do better y'all.
The staff is very attentive
I’ve personally given this place try after try. Always something. Last month, my delivery order forgot the potatoes, tonight my Rueben was burnt. Then, my Rueben fix came to me with the meat cold. It took 2 hours of being there with 20 minute wait per drink in between. I’ve given up at this point.
