kiosk is messed up 2 of the 4 were broken employees could care less. watched older black gentlemen put his hands into the ice machine at the top and put it into his mouth. Grosse. if your in a hurry use the drive thru.
Took my grandson there. Ordered his happy meal and a quarter pounder. Had to pull up to the yellow line to wait for my quarter pounder. Ten car's behind me had gotten there orders and left. Still no quarter pounder. I then backed up to the window and asked them where it was. Kid working window looks around for the manager. It was handed out the window. No one said l am sorry about that or anything. Last time I will ever go back to this one.
They don’t salt their fries at all.. ever. Go there any time- day or night, doesn’t matter, still no salt. Obviously it’s McDonalds & I know corporate doesn’t have a care in the world, but the review is mainly for people in the area who actually want their chemically enhanced food, with some f l a v o r. Go to another if you can save yourself the time.Oh & having nothing to do with the above, they have messed up my order on multiple occasions. I just come here bc it’s close to work. I was very surprised to see that kids were being allowed to play on AND IN the little "play ground" thingy that is at that McDonald's. Recently most fast food type restaurants don't like too many people to be inside their restaurant and they DEFINITELY don't want anyone to be in there for longer than needed!! Im glad this McDonald's was actually allowing all the kiddos/etc to actually have some fun after all the stress and drama that EVERYONE has had to deal with, etc//etc!!!!!
How are you out of specialty coffee?? And you need to train your employees to NOT stick their fingers into the cup when handing it to the customer. I don't need their germs in my cup. Health violation. Only saving grace is the oatmeal and biscuit was delicious.
Please check your food before you drive off. I ordered a fish sandwich and added lettuce and tomatoes but instead got lettuce and bacon. I was disappointed because I do not eat pork. I was traveling and it already took a long time to get my food so I didn’t have time to turn around.
Just getting in from a long flight and needing some food for the evening, we stopped at McDonald's for great hot food and fast service.
Employees are trying their best under COVID but greasy food! Yikes! I don’t trust fast food establishments until our country improves. I’ll definitely come back another time.
Most confusing damn experience. You can't walk in and get food anymore. Long drive thru line ( screw that) so I walk in. No one is taking orders? Lobby full of people waiting. Calling out numbers. I'm not add a tracing bs app on my phone. I'm not farting around with a kiosk that requires a master's in IT. I finally flagged down a kid and he stood behind a plastic wall like a prison guard and took my order. Meanwhile the family guy trying to order on the stupid kiosk, still isn't finished. Lol. Why offer customer service if you can hide behind technology and make customers do the data entry... And pay. Lol. Then retail fast food can figure out why customer could is down....
We had a wonderful lunch as we always do when we go here....thank you McDonald's for giving us a chance to relax and reconnect with each other!
