Extremely rude customer service. Was looking for my card in my purse and she was telling me to go back and get in line because she had a line. There were 2 cars behind me. Then when I got to the n next window to let the manager know, she laughed and said I'll talk to her. Very rude customer service. WILL NOT BE BACK,!!! I will let many people know to not patronize this location!
Waited 20 minutes for a damn hot fudge Sunday w/ extra fudge while I continuously watched customers that ordered after me place orders for their entire families and pick up their food. Finally, when there was nobody left in line someone made an Oreo mcflurry by mistake and asked if I wanted it so it didn't get wasted. I took it and left without ever getting my hot fudge Sunday. Worthless!

Food was good and what you would expect from a McDonald's. The shakes were great, fish sandwich was excellent, and the crispy chicken was good. No wait. Our only gripe was that we asked for apples with the happy meal and got two fries instead.

I myself can not believe what I lived in this place with my two babies ,,,
My wife and I were in the Naples area for the month of March and we decided to have sausage burritos and iced tea at this particular McDonald's - the closest one to us. It was a terrible experience due to the rudeness of the girl taking orders. After asking me to wait (we were in once of the drive-through lanes) she took orders from two other vehicles in the other lane. After the second I called out "hello" just to see if anyone was still there and she actually criticized me for my impatience. She finally took my order, we got it and left. We eat at McDonald's all over the country in our travels and this is, by far, the worst experience we've had at one. We will NEVER again go to this McDonald's as apparently it is not managed well.
They take sooooooo long. Very slow. When we got our fries they were cold and we asked to change them. They have us new, half full cardboard container.
today 05 saturday 2022 the cashier disrespected me I ordered two coffees. He told me go pir drive thru. I told him it's still open and I'm coming on foot. She told me- I don't care. I tell him, hey, just give me the two coffees, please. and give him cream and sugar on side please. tells me NO! I said how and he left, there was only me and it took him a while to give me the coffee. when I say hey my coffee? He tells me you can't wait. I told him hey I have 15 minutes to wait for u. coffee? He gave me the coffee and more time to give me the cream and sugar. I was inside alone and he made me wait. The cashier and the assistant manager tell me, well, you don't wait, go away, get out of here, I'm going to report you, she tells me I DON'T CARE!
Great Place. Food was out before even finish paying and the guy taking our order flips the cups when you get a drink.Yes/10 Service on morning
They were very short staffed and my customer wanted her food. We waited a little while until they answered and then waited 30 minutes in the drive thru line.
