Speed of light... Not....Took about 15 min to get two child meals. An there were only two other people eating at the table.Instead of sliced apple, i choose more fries, which didn't appear in the box.So, next time, drive-thrue and check all items.
Most disrespectful set of employees. Is there training at your facility? First the drive thru employee was unfriendly. Then the two teen girls carried on a conversation about a guy and never acknowledged us. We had to ask for a straw. We didn’t get our receipt and they never spoke to us. One wasn’t even in uniform. Wearing a sweatshirt. Poor customer service.
Ordered a plain bacon cheeseburger in drive through and got it with ketchup and onions. Went inside and they're set up as kiosk only service. Took a while to grab someone's attention who took my food. Waited a long while before trying to grab another person's attention to ask for my burger and had to explain that I purchased it already and another employee took it. Watched multiple staff go back and forth with each other inquiring where this burger is, while the person that took it kept quiet and went back to drive through window. Eventually got a plain bacon cheeseburger, thanked them, wished them a good night, and left. Total time about 30+mins.
Bought 2 breakfast burritos with a large McCafe drink total charged was 7$ and some change get to window was given wrong order then to be charged another 6 dollars as I was told I wasn't charged correctly. So 12.00 for my order which should have been way less than this. Poor customer service as the girl argued with me. Horrible customer service!
This morning I went to this McDonald's drive-thru. I ordered 4 egg McMuffins, 4 hash browns, and 4 large coffees with cream and sugar. I also requested a large number of Extra cream and sugar packets. Unfortunately all 4 coffees were black and no creams or sugar packets in the bag.
Staff is always friendly, but why are you short staffed on Saturday nights after midnight when you are only one of a handful of food places open? 25+ minutes in a drive through? Brutal!
This the best McDonald's in the area! I never have s problem and everyone is polite. Food always on point!!
My husband & I stopped in for a small mid afternoon lunch. This store looked new & was decorated in New modern furniture including a couch! The pop machine was totally broken so that wasn't good. Our cashier was a friendly, helpful young lady who really worked to help us choose a different drink.
Love McDonalds but their price for soda went from $1.00 to $1.99. Wow! Guess I wont be buying any soda drinks there :-(
Was in inside tonight for some reason the kiosks go down at 11 pm at night and can’t order inside even though it’s open they tell you you have to drive around in drive thru. Saw people order ice cream just 5 mins before me and when I get to order they said they don’t have ice cream right now how do you run out of ice in mins. Not the first time it happen. You guys might as well close at 11 and not work 24 hrs when you don’t have full service and get lied to.
