It’s sad when restaurants find ways to cut corners and then have the audacity to show you that to your face. Food great. Service excellent.Do not order food without checking the containers first!Soup is half filled, Mac and cheese half filled, they will only fill containers quarter to half way.So it’s the exact same as ordering the smaller size. Not okay especially for families that need to eat. When you cut corners for your family size portions, families DO NOT GET TO EAT.

Very fun atmosphere, clean, amazing customer service, sweet tea and lemonade was the best. I took 80 year old father here for saint Patrick's day with metally disabilitied brother and they accommodated him very well. Dad said this was the best Ruben he's had since his wife got murdered in 84 by his sister. Highly recommend.

my first time I had the New Yorker it was excellent Pastrami and corned beef with Swiss cheese the macaroni and cheese was absolutely delicious also I most definitely will return

The food here is beautiful and the customer service is superb! I love the welcoming atmosphere and the staff always makes sure I have everything I want and need. Everything is clean and organized. I highly recommend McAllister's

Food is good. The service is slow so plan ahead, check your order if you're getting take out. Also be aware that the online menu and the in store menu differ.

What a shame. This used to be my go to place for lunch when working at the hospital across the street. The last few times, they don’t allow online ordering and when I go inside it’s like watching a sloth run the register. After 10 minutes of waiting on line they were still helping the same person. I’m not sure what changed (new ownership? Casualty of Covid?) but I’ll have to find a new place to grab lunch.

This restaurant is slipping. It may have been good once but I cannot recommend it for its food, value, or service. My last experience was my last experience. There are too many great places to eat in this area to waste your time and money here.

Wife placed an order at 750pm the girl there took her order helped her so it was correct. When I get there tickets in the machine and myra the unprofessional manager crumbled up the ticket and said sorry there's nobody to make the food!!! The kicker is when I drove back through to get her info she and 2 others were standing in the backdoor with it open smoking cigarettes. So you can't make my order but you can all smoke? I will not be going back to this McAllister. 2nd time in 2 weeks they have closed early!!! Horrible business practice!

I visited McAllister’s deli Across from the NCH N. Hospital in Naples. 11/19/21. I am going there for many years and always found to be excellent in every way with polite people behind the counter and enjoying atmosphere to have lunch with my friends with. However on this day I was very disappointed with the new owners. The attitude has changed in the store tremendously. The black girl behind the counter that is taking orders appeared to be in a very bad mood or she hated a job. Nothing nice to say no smile on her face. Another lady is running around as if she was kind of lost and upset. It was only about six people in the store and maybe six or seven outside eating. I think it’s problem I found it annoyed me more than anything music they play in the store now is Mexican. McAllister‘s is not a Mexican restaurant or Mexican franchise to my knowledge. Naples is not Mexico either, I could understand if that was a Taco Bell and yes Mexican music would be apropos. If I go to a Chinese restaurant I could understand there being Oriental music playing in the background. If I go to an Italian restaurant I would understand totally if there was Italian music playing in the background. However McAllister‘s again is not a nationality based business. It’s a franchise that I’m sure requires franchise rules and regulations. To say the least I have nothing against Mexican people at all but my day at McAllister‘s was a huge disappointment to say the least. I was with friends and they all said the same comment. I didn’t know McAllister‘s was the Mexican restaurant. I don’t think I’ll come here again even though the food was excellent the service was lacking to say the least.

As always, great food. The gentleman that clears your table is the sweetest. Polite, professional, and very helpful. He makes coming here a delight.
