I went to grab a quick brunch with my girls, Milana and Hunter. We got three regular hot dogs and a big old cheeseburger! When we got home we destroyed all three toilets in my house. Don’t recommend.�
If you are looking for the closest thing to a chicago dog this is the place. I think every place people go to will maybe have a bad service but this dog is consistent, spot on toppings and its right in line with any chicago dog stand. Have been several times and it is a consistent tasty product. We did the hot dogs every time and have never been disappointed. Will be the go to unless something better happens, which is unlikely at this point.

We're seasonal from Chicago and was on a search to find an authentic and real Chicago style hot dogs. Over the past few years Lucky Dogs really met our expectations. Last weekend my wife suggested Lucky Dogs. Off I went to pick them up and have a great Saturday evening dinner. What a disappointment -- the dogs were rubbery , the pickle slices small, bun was soggy and fries were greasy. Plus it was our pleasure to pay $ 30 bucks for the experience. Never again ! We're back on the hunt for real and authentic style Chicago style dogs !!! We found real Chicago style pizza here -- we'll find the dogs !!! The owner of Lucky Dogs has lost his right to say they're from Chicago. TOO BAD !!!
I went there,Lucky dawgs, had the best hot dog ever since I left Chicago over 20 years ago. Now, I went to Portillos in Brandon fla. they stopped selling tamalies, WHAT ?? and the hotdogs didnt snap, , just a wate of time, I heard something has changed at that loaction, just a bad experiance, Ill not return, Portillos used to be simply the best ..

Been coming to Marco Island most of my life from Chicago staying longer every year. The thing I miss the most about Chicago is the food.Have never had a reason to travel to golden gate until recently when a friend invited me to his country club. When I passed this place I was pumped and could tell it was the real deal. Other’s clam to have Chicago style dogs but i have been disappointed many times in FLA. Well this place is just like Chi town good Stuff. Now I will drive 30 miles out of my way to come here regularly. Thanks to the owners for doing it right.
So dang good! Bread is super soft and fresh. Ingredients seemed fresh cooked. Had a chili dog and an Italian sausage, both excellent
