Super friendly and attentive staff both in the front and back of house. Our waitress Elizabeth was such a pleasure, very attentive and personable. The food was great, the service was amazing, and the prices were even better. Little to no wait to be seated and our order was out in less than 20 minutes. All in all, for a chain restaurant, this has to be in the top 5 in Naples. Most others in the area lack the quality of both service and food, catering to either one or the other. Longhorn did great all around. Thanks guys!!
On our holidays we went to Longhorn for our last dinner and it was really nice! We had Tina as our waitress and she is such a lovely soul. She took good care of us and was always very polite. Although one of our steaks weren’t cooked well they immediately cooked another one and the kitchen chef made sure the steak is now satisfying the guests expectation. Absolutely recommend it!?
We arrived at 2120 on Mother's Day and it was packed. Waited 30 minutes for a seat, we were lucky to have Ms. Elizabeth H. as our server. She was knowledgeable, efficient, and even though she was constantly waking by with full dishes or empty plates she always took the 5 seconds to check on us. The glasses were never empty, and she was quick to bring us anything and everything we requested. Oh yeah, the food was good too... ? ? ?
I visited here 2 Wednesdays ago while on vacation. Food was good, however one of our steaks was undercooked. I don’t believe in sending food back so I happily ate it grateful it was undercooked rather than over. It helped that I was starving.Service was horribly slow. I think it took 15 minutes for someone to greet us after being seated. We weren’t in a hurry so it wasn’t a big deal. It took another 15 to get our drinks. By the time we got our meals we had been there well over an hour. Our server kept our table clean but he would put all of the dirty dishes on an empty table beside us. By the time we left there were stacks of dirty trays and dishes covering the entire table…Not very esthetically pleasing. They were out of the cake I was looking forward to so that was a bummer. The only other suggestion is to not have your servers wear masks. I came to your state so I didn’t have to look at them. Besides you can’t understand a word he said.

Everything was excellent! The decor is so beautiful, it's all sparkling clean, all the staff was welcoming & efficient ... Oh, the food was delicious & priced accordingly ?
Perfectly seasoned steaks, with great sides. Warm bread with soft butter. Salad was super fresh and tasty. Wait was only 30 minutes at 5:00pm. Good atmosphere. Definitely going back.

Steaks were excellent. We've only tried the New York Strip and Renegade Sirloin (leaner) but I don't think you can go wrong. Been here several times this year which is more than all other years combined. I don't remember it being this good but everything has been good: salad, burgers, fries, steaks, Mac and cheese, loaded potato, bread, desert, French onion soup and the service which is becoming rarer at a lot of other eateries.
This was my first time at LongHorns. Pretty basic layout and ambiance, but you cannot beat having a delicious 20oz Bone-in Ribeye for under $30. If you’re trying to get your protein on with a delicious steak for cheap then you’ve found what your heart desires. Service was great too. Very friendly.
