Service was awesome, great hospitality and food was phenomenal
New place that opened by the Super Target on Immokalee just east of I-75. The decor inside the place us almost worth a visit all on its own.The have a wide variety of frozen concoctions for your drinking desires. The food is well made, and produces a decent take on the classics without being the same old same old. Worth trying out.
We were a party of 7. The beginning of our experience there seemed like it was starting out good. I have read previous reviews about her and was a bit apprehensive to come but nonetheless gave it a try. We were greeted by our waiter and he took our drink order. Our drinks came out at different times and 2 of the drinks were missing a popsicle that was supposed to come with it. It was brought to the waiter's attention and it was finally brought to them like 15 minutes later. It did came out like super fast that made us turn our heads in shock. Plates ordered were mole, fajitas nachos, carne asada, tacos al pastor. After we finished our meals 3 of us put in to go orders. After waiting 30 minutes we asked the waiter the status of the orders he stated they were being bagged up. Another 30 minutes pass by and we asked again and were given the same answer and i told the waiter we had already heard that. He then brings the manager over to us who then tells us the same thing and offers us a discount off the to go orders. I explained the gesture was nice but we just wanted our meals so that we could leave. Another 25 minutes go by and the meals finally came out. The food was okay, bland not much flavor. The to go orders for more portion wise than ordering a meal in house. The 2 things they have going for them is their decorations and their live mariachi band. Not sure I would recommend or go back there's other places with better quality and service to spend your money at.
I was there last night, and the food was fantastic! Maybe you should have the chef, train the front of the house staff. Service was TERRIBLE! Not crazy busy either. (25 years of f&b)
Food was hot, wonderful and came out so fast! Ana was our server, she was amazing and knowledgeable about the menu! My first time here and definitely coming back
This is a wonderful Mexican restaurant. The food and decor are better than average and the bar is long with comfortable seating and large TV screens. There is also outdoor seating next to the bar. The decorations and lighting are fantastic. Check out the pictures.
Black hair in the queso and we were two blondes at the table. Waitress Esmeralda rushed us out during lunch and brought us our check without giving us a chance to order more drinks. They weren’t busy at all so I’m unsure as to what the rush was. Had to wait 15-20 minutes for someone to come by to order more drinks every time. Brought us our check after every round without asking if we wanted anything else. Food was barely warm and extremely bland. Drinks were tasty but not strong at all. Maybe the bar experience would be better…. My Togo carne asada tacos also came with NO toppings. Menu says cilantro, onion, sauce… nothing came on them, not even on the side.
The food was fabulous. The seafood chimichangas were the best I have ever tasted. We got the large guacamole and could not finish it. That is a first. I highly recommend
