We got the chocolate mint and the strawberry ice cream cone and it’s delicious!!
Stopped in with my 5 year old son before going to see the fireworks. I understand store policy about no public restroom but you could have made an exception for a child. I had to rush him all the way to the restrooms at Cambier Park. Not nice!!

On a visit to Naples, we were fortunate to locate a Kilwin's! They seem to always be located in touristy areas where parking is hard to find. That's not their fault that they are so popular! Just letting you know. We are diehard fans of Kilwin's so it's worth the hassle.My favorite of theirs is their fudge! No one makes it as delicious, smooth, melts-in-your-mouth fudge like Kilwin's does! We have tried fudge all over the world.However, they did not have my favorite plain milk chocolate fudge, not even with walnuts. They were out of it and it was only the middle of the afternoon on a Saturday! And they stay open late in the evening. Think of all the other distraught chocolate lovers like me that had to leave empty handed after driving 2 hours. They were also out of other wonderful flavors. I wanted to give 5 stars but just couldn't. Maybe next time.

The ice cream was excellent but the shake was not, it tasted too much of whatever it was mixed with (milk, cream) and we ended up throwing it away. The line was long but moved steadily along. Some of the employees were rude and I understand that there were many people but if you’re asked a simple question of “do we pay now or should we wait for the ice cream to be handed to us and pay then?”, please let us know which of either and not “I’m just here to make sure you pay”. Not clear if she was insinuating we were going to leave without paying but we didn’t appreciate the crude remark.
Delicious ice cream and quick service! I had the vanilla sea salt caramel in a waffle cone, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Looking forward to my next visit!
We went to the Kilwins at Mercato. It was an unplanned visit - the smell of vanilla and chocolate as we walked by was too much to resist. The server was a friendly and helpful young lady and the ice cream was out of this world. The salted caramel has streaks of delicious caramel and is dotted with little chocolates filled with runny caramel. It was so unbelievable I couldn’t shut up about it. The best ice cream I ever had.
Omg this ice cream was so yummy! Their waffle bowls were delicious also! I definitely will be returning! So worth the wait.
Best ice cream in Naples, hands down. You can taste it just by smelling it walking by! Don’t walk, run! They even let you try all the flavors you want.
