Collin gives great service, he's entertaining, attentive to his guests, and is great at mixing his drinks. I ask for him to make me a drink and let him choose what he wants to put in it, and I am pleasantly surprised every time.
Location is great! Drinks are sub-par compared to the competition. Staff is also not as friendly as other kava bars. Good stop in spot if you are in the area otherwise make the drive down 41 a little further to Nectar Lab.
Great tenders, especially Jon. He cares about the job and the people he's serving and really makes the place feel like home. 11/10 would come when he's serving again. The other tenders are good too, and skilled at their jobs.

Wish I could give 0 stairs. This was my first and last visiting from the east coast. The young person with blue hair working made eye contact with me and ignored me when I greeted them (because they failed to greet me upon entering) and continued working in the kitchen area. There is only 1 other patron in the store at this time. I said, okay theyre probably behind on something after making eye contact with me a few more times. Moments pass by, I said “hello excuse me” and the bartender replied “I have a cut on my hand sorry” I said “my bad no problem I’ll wait” and waited a few seconds longer. Then a women enters and is immediately greeted and asked what’d she like to drink. What??? Very disrespectful and horrible impression for this establishment. I promptly left with out buying anything. Probably why there were only 1 customer in there. Teach your employees customer service. Super embarrassing. Such a cute place it’s a shame the vibe was ugly. Love ❤️
I love the atmosphere. The drinks are tasty but their happy hour is 8-9 AM and RARELY are they actually open then. Many times I have stopped by on my way to work and they are closed. Other professionals (and I) are standing outside waiting and the workers just do not show up on time. If your "happy hour" special is that early, make sure your workers are on time for it. Some of us have to be at a job with accountability.

I’ve been coming to the different kava culture locations for over four years and always loved it. Over time I’ve come to realize the way they treat their employees is so far beyond fair and well in to the realm of disgusting that I can no longer support this business.They intentionally hire young people and work them to the bone until they can’t take it any more and quit and I’ve watched it happen time and time again. There are other kava bars that treat their employees like human beings not objects and I will be taking my business there
