Delicious food! Great service, will be coming back. The waiter was very educated about the food that was being served which made the experience even better. Mash potatoes were so creamy, french fries were crispy,and the steak was a perfect medium rare.
Lunch was excellent, 8oz filet was cooked perfectly, my wife's Swiss burger was delicious, will be here often!
The good: making a reservation was easy, and even changing it by phone the day before was okay. House salad is delicious. Crabcake appetizer also delicious, very delicate flavor. Tuna appetizer also delicious.The not so good: Manager was surly. He spoiled the birthday surprise by announcing that half of our party had already arrived (I had told them it was a birthday). Waiter was also surly. For seven people, four entrées arrived. Two others a few minutes later, and the last one many many minutes later. Those who ordered steak said it was tough. One pork chop was ordered and was practically inedible. Poor guy, that’s the only thing he ordered. No appetizer, no salad, no side dishes. One inedible pork chop on a plate. We intended to leave a low tip to express our frustration. Surprise that 20% was already added. Will not go again.

My new favorite steak spot in Naples!! I’ve tried so many other places and it was just not it. We ordered A-5 wagyu and a bacon and cheese burger. Everything was literally amazing, melted in my mouth. Truffle fries were AMAZING. The ambience was perfect. Our server Jason was amazing and helped us out so much. He gave a detailed background about the restaurant and wine selections. He was so kind, definitely the best server in Naples. I can’t wait to go back!!!
I have arrived at this restaurant numerous times to just sit at the bar and order . I have just walked past the host desk without any problems . Today the restaurant was not busy . As usual I sat at the bar when the waitress suggested I change seats as my choice had a dirty drink and bill at this location . She was not busy and it would have been more service oriented to just clear the area . Then a loud mouthed host came by and shouted next time I should stop at the reception desk first . This got everyone’s attention ! Such rude service !! I got up and left .
Went to this restaurant in Jan 21 and loved it. Steak was packed with flavor and perfectly cooked. Wagu beef was definitely a great piece of meat. I gave them a great review at the time. Since then, we have been 3-4 times and it’s not nearly as good. The first time we thought maybe it was just an off night, so we went again a few weeks later. No improvement. Just ok. The buttery wagu flavor was simply not there. Finally, we tried it one last time, hoping beyond hope that the steak would be as good as our initial visit. Sadly, it was not meant to be. Frankly, the steak was lousy. No flavor, dry and somewhat grainy. We have given this restaurant every opportunity to capture their prior magic, but it hasn’t happened. The steak tastes NOTHING like it used to. Will not be back.
The wagyu burger was dry, not served as the requested temperature! The food arrived very quickly, like it was prepared in advance >The staff was not pleasant! The hostess was not welcoming or polite.
Eat at your own risk!! My husband found a large black (~3 inches) twisted METAL WIRE in his burger. The manager couldn't even be bothered to come out and apologize (in fact, I saw him laughing with the chefs after our waitress told him). They comped my husband's burger but not anything else-- obviously they're not going to charge for a burger with a metal wire in it, but made no effort to improve our experience or show they were taking responsibility. They clearly don't take their customers' safety seriously.
Best ribeye I’ve ever had. And the A5 was also worth every penny. Also, get the BrusselSprouts! Two out of the four people at the table said they didn’t like or eat Brussel sprouts at all. I ordered them anyway and they said after the steak it was their favorite part of the meal. Our bill was around $600 between the four of us, so you can imagine there was a decent amount of food at the table. For the Brussel Sprouts to be one of the favorites, you can imagine how good they are.
