I would rate the experience without a star if I could. My server was doing everything right and all was well until he decided to kill it. I came in to dine, not to get mocked underhandedly. Even another staff member (management) joined in. What a disgrace for the customer. I could've very easily retracted my tip and the tragedy being the server deserved his tip right up until the end. I'm never coming back to this dismal place again. To that punk: hey what goes around comes around!
My husband and I are in Naples on vacation and we came across Jimmy P’s, glad we did! Wonderful burgers, great prices and service!
First time here. The food was perfect and so was our waitress Grace, Calm and very accommodating. We tried 3 different things and everything was perfect. We will be back.
Everything we ate here was excellent. Someone was telling us it was kind of pricey but I don't believe so, I think it was worth every penny. You get what you pay for. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. Loved it!
Our first time at Jimmy P’s. I enjoyed the best pork chop I have ever ordered out. Other’s ordered the brisket and breaded shrimp. With so many choices in Naples Jimmy P’s is now our No. 1 choice.
Went for lunch with another couple using a gift card we received. Wanted to order filet mignon (2 of us wanted this) but were informed their shipment hadn't arrived as expected. Quite disappointing for a steak place? Ordered a craft burger (medium) and a butcher shop salad (medium well). Upon arrival my burger was well done and the salad (with steak) was rare. Overall quality of burger was mediocre at best (couldn't imagine it was made from wagyu beef as claimed). Draft beer selections were quite limited. Wouldn't recommend a visit here for reasons cited above.
Top notch in every way. Burgers outstanding! Fresh ground, cooked to perfection. Sides are fantastic. Service is great. Very reasonable.
I stopped in for lunch and had the bbq burger. Service was good. Burger cooked as requested. Fries were crispy. Fixins on the burger were quality and fresh. I never had the Japanese beef they use but it was good. Minor complaints that didn’t detract from my meal; fries weren’t salted enough (sea salt is on the tables) or not at all and the bbq sauce didn’t have much of a kick. Five stars; good burger.
I was very torn trying to determine how many stars to give. Our food was delicious and our waitress was super sweet. HOWEVER, we waited, and waited, and waited for so long before anyone even remembered us. It really could have just been a staffing issue. Perhaps it’s not a regular thing. I would consider trying again another time.
Lunch here. Burgers, chicken, and French dip. Burgers ordered medium: absolutely cooked perfectly. Fries hot. Service excellent. Always an easy choice.
