Ordered a scheduled delivery for noon. One sandwich and chips and a drink. Very simple order. The delivery was about 45 minutes late and on top of that the order was completely wrong. I called the store and the manager told me they would refund my order and bring me the correct sandwich. Another 30 minutes go by and I still don’t have my food. I called again and this time a different store manager answered and had no idea about my order. I did end up finally getting the correct sandwich two hours later! But what a horrible experience for it being my first time eating from Jimmy John’s. I will never order from this place again but I think the staff wants to turn customers away. So good job staff! You got your wish! I will never be back!

The North Naples location has been off for about a month when ordering delivery. Twice in the past month our delivery orders took over an hour & we live super close by. When we called to ask about our order status no explanation was given other than they were experiencing a “rush” & only had 1 delivery driver.We offered to just come in to grab a new order but apparently that couldn’t be an option because our order had already left the store.I do feel they should offer something to their customers when orders are taking this long.The entire point of ordering Jimmy Johns is that it’s quick & easy.The delivery drivers are always courteous & we understand this isn’t the staff’s fault.Normally we would never complain or comment but this has happened multiple times over the span of a few weeks.The entire country is short staffed at the moment & we need to be kind to those that showed up.

Got a tuna fish sandwich with everything on it except mustard and it was absolutely off the Charts! Delicious!!! Everything looked and tasted fresh! Bravo! The staff were great too!
