Krista was fantastic! As soon as you walk in the door she gave us a great welcome! She recommended the perfect drinks. The Golden Pineapple martini was refreshing & the Bloody Mary for my husband was nice & spicy! The food was exceptional. Lamb stew special & grouper super tasty!Love the welcoming atmosphere, everyone is treated like they are long term regulars. ❤️❤️❤️
Best customer service I’ve had in years. Not only is the food fantastic but the staff recommendations are the best. JR- great Manhattan, Jake- great drink AND food recommendation, all the while with some killer blues band player…love this place. Sorry it took this long to find. But whatever you’re doing to your staff - keep doing it. Never been treated so politely anywhere in Naples. Cheers!!
Every time I come here the staff excels at their profession. The food is bomb, the bartenders are on point, and the time is always fun. Top notch south west Florida experience. McKenzie, Krista, Bri, Cody, Jake, and JR are just a few names of the best servers around. Tip em well folks. They deserve it. Stephy among them all is the best!!
Jack’s is an amazing classic neighborhood bar and grill - which is rare in Southwest Florida. The food is great. They have fresh fish and a great menu. The beer is cold and plentiful and the staff are super friendly and real people. The ambience and decor is local and very cool. Simply put - Jack’s has soul. You should notpass up the opportunity to try Jack’s. In the Southwest Florida Disneyland of bars and restaurants Jack’s is a true Authentic jewel - the place where everyone knows your name.
came from out of town & had the BEST experience!! staff was super friendly & attentive. our server tiana was the greatest she gave us great recommendations & checked on us often. bingo was super fun, we definitely will be back!
