Called with questions regarding my order, although I do understand as she clearly stated “I don’t work for Uber, I work for Il Primo”, she could’ve been nicer and more helpful. Thanks Jenna.Been ordering for 10+ years. Service declining.
The workers are always on their phones, wait time is ridiculous when we can clearly see our food ready, they made us pay for another customers food because they messed up the name/order then accused us of not paying then charged us for our whole order when it was their inconvenience and fault. Girl was on her phone laughing til she realized she messed up and got upset that the other customer who didn’t pay wasn’t answering the phone. We always have bad experiences here at this location. Do better. wouldn’t recommend ?
Still the best family place for wings and pizza. Not the biggest wings, not the most interesting pizza, just really good service and taste done right every time I come into town.
Excellent pizza. It has been added to our list of favorite places. Staff is friendly. Place is clean.
Started going there since this location opened in February 2005. Probably seen over 30 managers before they brought in Allie, A.K.A. “The real deal”. She seems to have the respect of her employees and the food has been perfect ever since!!????

Really disappointed with il Primos. This has always been my favorite place and being home from college I was super excited to get some pizza and wings. Unfortunately, the wings were the smallest little shriveled up things I’ve ever seen. I ordered 40 wings and asked how many blue cheese sauces were there and I was assured there were no less then 4. Got all the way home and there was only 2 half filled dips that were very hot. They tasted very salty, expired and old like they had been sitting out all day long. The pizza wasn’t that great either. $60 for some wings and pizza is pretty pricey but I would have at least expected it to taste good. Very disappointed, I guess I won’t be going back again.
