The worst experience i had in an IHOP.The bread was like a stone. For sure it was not fresh.I will never come back again.AVOID coming to this restaurant.( no comments the dirty floor all over… )
This place has really taken a turn for the worst. It used to be so good. I was in there yesterday for a late breakfast, but it didn’t last very long. Inside was dark, dingy & dirty. You could tell there was only one waitress doing pretty much everything by herself. When we ordered our coffee she said they had no creamer, which for me is a total deal breaker, so we left and went somewhere else. This place needs help; it’s pretty sad.

This place never fails to disappoint. The tables are all dirty. Older lady came to the hostess stand to look at the wait list doesn’t even acknowledge you and told me if I wanted I can write my own name on the wait list. I have had previous terrible experiences here and I only come because my daughter unfortunately loves IHOP
Called 7x and spoke to manager finally. Received completely wrong order, and manager said he would reach back out. It’s been 30minutes and nothing. Wondering what to do with my wrong order. BAD SERVICE.
If I could give negative stars I would . The whole 3rd shift needs new jobs . Waited one hour for food . People before me ate there food and left before I got my take out. They simply said the people eating in come first.
Very strange place. I walk in, there's a massive group in front of me standing around. They leave after a few minutes. I'm standing around for 5 minutes as well as people who walked in right behind me. They left, I left. No one said, anything to us and place seemed very understaffed, not their fault I guess!
SLOW SLOW SLOWWhen the food came. I have ordered pancakes. I had to ask syrup and butter, we was never offer any refills. After we was done we waited a good 20 min for the bill and that's because we asked for the bill. Then she brought us someone else billKeep in mind it was Not busy inside.WE WILL NOT RETURN.
Would give a zero if I could. Absolutely horrid experience, waited 15 minutes to get our drinks and then proceed to wait more than an hour for our food! And even after we got our food, there was multiple hairs in the food and the dishes were dirty! (I would understand the wait if it was busy, but when we arrived, there was only one other person in the restaurant!)
Today Tuesday,January 25 , at 0800 we came to eat breakfast my husband , my daughter and I. My husband was talking with the manager about our business and when I was trying to give a tip to a server she started screaming at me with no reason just because she was having a bad day . Thanks Tracy never coming back again. Still I don’t understand the reason of her attitude she was extremely rude specially screaming to someone that serves the country and in from of my 15 months old daughter??????? What’s her problem IHOP CANT HAVE PEOPLE LIKE TRACY working there
