Quite literally the worst dining experience I’ve had in Naples. Our server was Chloe and her service was just as bad as the food. As she was taking our order she had asked if I’d like chicken or steak on my nachos. Straight like that. “Would you like chicken or steak on those”. Not “would you like to add chicken or steak? It would be an additional charge” nor on the menu does it talk about an up charge to add meat. So obviously I was surprised when the bill came. Next, she had asked if me and my bf wanted fries with our plates. All she said was “would you like curly fries with that?” not mentioning that these fries were going to be served in a cup and would be more expensive than the menu fries. What she should’ve said was “would you like to try our cup of fries, we are doing a promotion and not serving our regular fries” and again it was more expensive without letting us know. And then, I had asked for Buffalo sauce and she went straight to the bathroom instead of walking 2 feet over the food station to grab a sauce. She never came back with the sauce. And then had the audacity to charge it on our bill. It was a complete disgrace compared to other hooters across Florida.
Overall the food and the experience is good. However it seems to me that the waitresses and the line cooks are no longer allowed to have fun. I worked for Hooters in the early to mid-90s and my fellow cooks and I were always interacting loudly with the waitresses. We would intentionally draw attention to ourselves just to make a more fun atmosphere. Now it seems the cooks and the staff are just there doing their job begging for their shifts to be over because it's so boring. Hooters needs to bring those days back when they were allowed to do that kind of stuff.
Sorry state of affairs this evening. I knew I was looked down upon when I didn't want a beverage, but simply wanted an order of wings to-go. I desired to include more to my order, but was ignored by the young bartender. I noticed the kitchen staff preparing my wings not wearing a hair net to cover his below mid-back length hair. I took a picture, but before I could comment to the staff, I was asked to leave the premises. When I attempted to explain my issue of the unsanitary issue with the in duty manager, I was told no pictures were allowed of the discrepancy and ordered to leave. I suppose Corporate management should be notified how the store manager could not handle the situation properly....better yet, the Health Department. Although not DIRECTLY pertinent to MY issue, readers should reference their March 7 2022 inspection, and make their decisions for themselves
Very good food, very nice staff (Samantha was our waitress and was awesome), very affordable as well.

when leaving south Naples and coming up on pine ridge rd on 75, the traffic is always backed up for miles .get off at pine ridge rd, head west only a minute, there is Hooters. always a smile and polite servers waiting to serve you there.food is good too.then after the traffic isn't at a dead stop for 20 miles anymore , finish the drive home.
We came here for drinks and some food every night on vacation while staying at Hawthorne Suites. We met so many staff members that were amazing! Remembered us when we came back. We left at home. Huge shout out to Kaelee! The best!!!
