As always, Monica was the perfect host and bartender. The Royal Up (somewhere between an Ild Fashioned and a Manhattan incredible. Simply amazing. Everything on the menu is fabulous. First time for dessert. Oh my!

We were looking for an early, light, casual dinner and took the opportunity to try this place. Fuse lived up to its name delivering unique flavors fused into traditional dishes. We enjoyed a very unique melon salad with serano ham, poached pears, pine nuts. Will be back. Hope next time I bring an appetite to match larger entrees that looked appealing.

Friendly and professional staff. Excellent menu and unbelievably large selection of whiskey, bourbon and rye. The food was top notch and dessert was excellent as well.
Fuse is by far one of the best restaurants in Naples. The food is 5 star, with every dish carefully thought about and executed perfectly. The staff are so kind and accommodating. They always go above and beyond to create a comfortable dining experience. Fantastic place, a must try!
