My family and I came here for dinner one evening, and the meals that we chose were very delicious. The food wasn’t very pricey and there were a lot of options. However, It was an issue when we had to wait 20 min for the waitress to take our order, which was concerning because we were hungry for a meal. Overall, we thought this place was somewhat convenient and clean.

We come here basically weekly with our young family, everyone loves the food! Our extended family come and join us occasionally and love the drinks. It really is a very inclusive place with great food and atmosphere.

BE AWARE: There is a 4% extra charge, when you use your credit card. Read your bill there is a disclosure: "CREDIT CARD ADD 4% MERCHANT FEE". I didn't see it. I called the restaurant just to tell the manager that customers would appreciate if the waiters would let you know about the charge when you use a credit card. When I called to ask the Manager to have the wait staff to inform customers of this charge when they presented a credit card, was very sarcastic. He needs to learn a little customer service skill.

This is a good restaurant, food is decent. Pricey but decent. I ordered fajitas and as it come with rice and beans I was going to share with my 4 year old. When I got the plate I saw that it had guacamole salad and sour cream on the same plate which my daughter did not like so the server offered to bring a plate of rice and beans. I said no it’s fine but he brought it anyways and charged my bill $3.98 for each rice and beans. Then they charged me $25.60 gratuity fee. My party was just my family (4members). I like it but I will not be going back.because if I pay a tip, it is because I consider their service to be good.

There was a 4% charge on our bill. The staff said it was a credit card fee. He said “it’s not Flacco’s it’s the credit card company’. They also charged us for a refill of salsa. He said Flacco’s just started these new charges last month. Total rip-off!

Horrible service. Waited for a table for 25 min which was no problem at all. Once we Sat down, did not get greeted until about 15 min later. Server took our drink order, but the drinks never came. Then 20 min later, a different server asked if we wanted to get drinks started... told them we had already ordered drinks but we ordered them again. Finally got our drinks. Ordered our food 15 min later, and the food never got the put in, (this food order was taken from a third person now to approach us) Our drinks sat empty (we would have been more patient if we had at least our drinks), ordered a round of drinks from 2 different people, still no drinks. Then when I approached the bar, one of the servers told us "I didn't take your drink order only your food order" so i asked to get our drinks. She said sure!! Finally got a round of drinksafter 35 min. One hour and 30 min later our food still never showed up. Asked to cancel the food and for our check then our food magically showed up. They later apologized saying they were short staffed which is understandable - but had 3-4 different people coming to ask us for drinks and food orders but never received them. Then proceeded to get an attitude from the staff when we complained about the wait after 2 hours!!! Not even a drink for us to sip on while we waited. Watched multiple people at other tables complain and leave, also watched a table much larger than ours get their food before us and they told us "your food is coming". Sat and waited 2 hours before we got our food..... no manager or owner around. When a “manager” approached us he laughed at our birthday guest…..

We reviewed our bill and noticed a 4% charge. The staff said it was a credit card fee. He tried to say this is not Flacco’s, it’s the credit card company. They also charged us for a refill of salsa. He said Flacco’s just started these additional charges last month. Total rip-off.

Has a large inside and outside dining areas. Food was good and almost as important the decibel level was low. You could hear the music they were playing and hear the people you were dining with. So many restaurants are so loud it is not welcoming. Flaco's is a new go to restaurant for us.

Flacos is a longtime local favorite. The restaurant is consistently good Mexican food. We recently celebrated our daughter's birthday here and they made her feel like a princess. The Pollo Mole is to die for, the enchiladas are great and my father-in-law loved the tamales. After dinner the staff brought out a birthday Sombrero and dessert with a candle in it for the birthday girl. The fried ice cream is so yummy and the flan is too. Service was excellent, never an empty glass on the table. They were attentive to our special requests and made everyone feel at home; the elders in the family wanted mild spice on their food and the teens wanted spicy hot. They have tables that could seat our party of 8 and we could have had more.

me ecncanto muy rica comida todo linpio
