This 5 Guys is slightly better than Mickey D's. Fries were extra fried, not in a good way, and they lacked salt. Additionally, just like the clown's burger house, the milkshake machine is on permanent breakdown at every 5 Guys I visit anymore. However, the 3 guys behind the counter were super nice. Thumbs up to the very pleasant staff.

Andreas, the manager, was very attentive, superclean front of house and kitchen. Burgers always supertasty, fries greatUpdate 12/18/21 5pm. Though the sign was lit OPEN and all store lights were on, the doors were locked and employees hiding in the back office/storage area. Disappointing
Stopped in on 12/23/21and my client wanted a hotdog and they were out of buns no biggie....she requested it be sliced and put on a hamburger bun ?? the guy working the front counter was not only cute but absolutely sweet and accommodated her. Great burgers and amazing staff!
I went to this Five guys on 12/29/21 around 1pm. It took 35 minutes to get one burger and a small order of fries. As I sat down to eat, the manager told his employee to LOCK THE DOORS so more customers wouldn’t come in. So the employee went around and locked about 20 people inside the store and another 10 people who were sitting outside waiting for their food out without telling annoying what’s going on. I finished eating promptly and unlocked the front door so I could leave. The store is clearly understaffed. I empathize for the manager. He seems to be managing an understaffed store but I will never agree with the decision to lock the doors while you still have patrons inside. This store needs help.
Out of all the fast food places I've been in, five guys has proven itself to shine above them all. Food may be a little pricey but its more than worth it.

One of my favorite places to go for a quick burger. We love love love the food here. Always fast and friendly.
Slow service. We were the only customers and it took 20 mins. The fries were cooked and then sat in the warmer for 15 mins in a cup so they were barely warm and extremely greasy. Not great for the amount of money we spent. Really disappointed.
Always a little messy but the best burger you can find. Don't forget to order your fries with the Cajun seasoning!
