What B.S.!!! 65 y/o White guy walks into 5 Guys on Radio Rd in Naples @ 9:40 PM only to be told “sorry wee’s closed”. Really? Sign says you close at 10:00 pm. “Sorry man, wee’s closed.” So I use the rest room and when I come out they’re cooking burgers and making fries. I guess this is what is called reverse discrimination. Shame on 5 Guys for employing racists!!!
Burgers were over the top with grilled onions and mushrooms as all inclusive!Fries are a bit pricey, but you get alot of them
Worst 5 guys. Completely messed up my simple order, but they were happy to pressure you into tipping them.
Good food and plenty of it. They give a lot of extra fries. Food was hot ? and tasty
Burger was buried in the bag under way too many soggy over salted french fries. The bun was soggy and falling apart. Cashier begging for cash tips. Never go back again.
Today my wife mistakenly ordered from the wrong location. She ordered a pretty big size dinner for the two of us and was intended for radio Road however she sent it to Pine Ridge after talking to the managers not only did I not have an issue with getting my order transferred to the other location but when I got to the radio Road location the manager Eli was completely outstanding, amazing, and wonderful as well as all the employees. Extremely busy location and they were not only on top of it but they went out of their way to give me the best service possible.
Everyone working here was busting their butts and made the best burger and fries I've had in a long time. Busy place , but they kept up with the demand!
One of the best burgers I have ever had! And the chips are to die for. You must have it once in your life Wont be disappointed
It had been awhile since we ate at a 5 Guys so we tried this location. Order was taken quickly but it took forever to get 2 burgers & fries. Even after the order before ours was served, we continued to wait! By the time we finally received our food, we were tight on time & couldn't enjoy it. Burgers were good but not exceptional. Not as many fries as we normally received in other locations. Overall - expensive for a meal we didn't really enjoy. Would not return to this location.
