Had the "Nero" pasta dish. They had gimmick squid ink pasta with various seafood in it. Dry and tasteless. Also the Key lime pie had gritty Graham cracker crust.

Don't buy Gift Certificates for anyone here - they will never get them. I had been to this restaurant before. The food was good for the most part. However, recently I was gifted a gift certificate to return here. Honestly it was in error bc it should have been to Hog Fish. But It was purchased over a week ago. Gifters card was charged, money taken but still no gift card in email, spam or otherwise. The restaurant finally admitted it was an error on their part with the company they do business with to issue cards. However, nothing was resolved, and still we have not seen anything. At this point, you would think they would take the appropriate steps to rectify this by issuing a physical certificate, or simply noting our names in the restaurant so we don't have to wait for this issue to resolve itself. But no - no response from 3 emails and 2 phone calls later, not to mention the numerous phone calls from the original gifter. I'm at my wits end and just want my friend to report this to his credit card. Done with this restaurant.

Just left their, I sat at the bar was the only one their at the bar having dinner my bartender was terrible far as waiting service. She knew nothing about the menu I order fried lobster roll and came out as sushi she went to the manger because she told me she did not know the menu and how the food was to be served. Manger told me inside the roll lobster was fried I could not see it . I only ordered water with my raw oysters and fried lobster. Bartender never came back to ask me if I needed anything or a refill she was to worry about prepping the bar for morning even though my service could of been a lot better for for a high scale seafood restaurant I did tip her more than she deserved she only took my order and delivered a water they others delivered my meal. First time coming here, was not recommend.

Won’t be coming back again.. Mothers Day - sitting as at the close as I’m writing this. Came with my family to celebrate my wife who worked all day. We own family business so we know what it means to provide Customer Service. Let’s begin, we were greeted by two very rude hostess who did not want to give her the table we had reserved specifically weeks in advance and arrived on time for. Once we were able to move to the desired table we were extremely rudely confronted by Supervisor who refused to share his name and told us to leave.. the entire staff gathered round and visibly talk about us in front of guests.. is this a joke ? We will seek out explanation by owners how something on like this is even possible.. really ? first time experience we come here a lot and spend over 3 to 4 bills each time.. unacceptable. 100% don’t recommend to anyone - ever.

This place is way over priced for the quality of food. Bread was fresh and warm. That was the best part of the meal. This was kind of odd, I ordered a wedge salad that wasn't actually a wedge salad. It was a regular salad with blue cheese dressing and bacon bits. Main course was shrimp scampi. Very little flavor and the shrimp were medium sized with little flavor. They were like the frozen kind you get in the super market. Rubbery with no flavor. The service was fine. No issue there. The cost was way over the top for what they served and their sushi pricing was also way over priced. Won't be back. There are way better restaurants in Naples that are on the water and have a view.

We had a fantastic lunch at Fish. It is located in The Venetian Village and has a beautiful setting on the water. The menu is varied and appeals to everyone. We ordered a few craft cocktails and enjoyed the view before sampling lunch. The Lobster sushi was probably the best sushi roll we have ever tasted. It was piled high with tuna and lobster. We ordered 2 to share. The mussels were delicious and shared at the table.

The outdoor dining with water view is lovely. But the food is very overpriced for what you get. I had the shrimp tempura roll and caesar salad - frankly I've had better from grocery stores. The main fish entree was passable. The waiter acted annoyed when I asked for a taste of the wine before I ordered a glass. That has never happened to me in any other restaurant. I won't go back.

We had Carlos as our server. We paid way too much including tip because it was automatically included. But if your service is not top notch it shouldn’t be added. We were a family of 12 our order was taken all together but we didn’t eat together. Very disappointing, the other servers act like they don’t understand when you speak. I’ve eaten at better places in the area….. no manager to be seen. Also calamari were soggy… way too expensive for what we got! Won’t be back!

The view and setting by the water is absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, the quality and presentation of food as well as waiting stuff was very disappointing. You would expect top notch service and delicious meals - there was nothing special about the food for the price. We were very disappointed. Not coming back.

We had an enjoyable lunch by the waterfront. The service has as per we requested and the waitress was very attentive. The fish and shrimp tacos with our wine was everything we could ask for. After we left, my wife of 54 years commented on the enjoyable lunch date we had. Well done Fish Restaurant.
