Yes, its broken. Its no where near it was years ago when they were not a public company. First and last time visiting the radio road location, not because of service, but, the food. Chocolate pancake over cooked, country style potatoes almost raw inside, the scrambled eggs looked as if they were scrambled then put under a truck tire they were so thin and lifeless. The florentine eggs benedict was terrible. One of the eggs was well done, the tomatoes were mushy and thin, the brioche bun that it was on was hard and crunchy and the hollandaise sauce was tasteless. The last time i was at a first watch, different location, the traditional eggs benedict contained smoked shaved ham instead of canadian bacon, it was not good either. The only reason my rating is not a 2 is that the service was good.
We normally go to the First Watch on Banyon and love it. So my family, including 2 young grandchildren, decided to have breakfast/lunch at this restaurant recently. Our server came up to our table immediately and wanted to take our order. We said we needed a few minutes so she came back with coffee for two of us, but no water. She wanted us to order and was extremely impatient with us. I asked a couple of questions about the roast beef sandwich. Then I asked about ordering a salad or soup with it. She said you will want the chopped chicken and avocado salad. I asked further about the soup of the day, and felt pressured to hurry and make a decision. She actually passed up my 2 year old grandson when he didn't speak up fast enough for her liking. My son-in -aw ordered his burrito without onions and sauce. And my daughter ordered an additional side of fried potatoes and fruit. And again I asked for water and got some Our food came quickly, but not as ordered. The burrito had onions and sauce and we did not get potatoes, fruit, or water. We beckoned our server on several occasions to request these forgotten items. Finally after we were all done with our meal, the potatoes and fruit were delivered to our table. On one occasion the server looked at the burrito and said what are onions doing on that plate, but did nothing about it.
Fresh ingredients and so tasty. We used the online reservation, then drove to the location. There was a long line but we only waited an additional 5 minutes after we arrived. Convenient location and friendly staff. Definitely a good choice for breakfast.

An average brunch place with over priced options. There was nothing special about the menu selection and the staff was put off with having to work on a Sunday. Bad attitude not a pleasant experience.
Absolutely amazing service and food...they say u have to pick two of the three fast, good and cheap buy this breakfast spot has all 3!!!
Food is amazing the staff is amazing unfortunately today whomever the waiter was whatever he was going through he skipped me and my son three times to order I walked out unacceptable. Waited sat outside watched other be seated and ordered taken …
Save yourself the time. Slow service, rude waitresses and average food. The million dollar bacon was good but be ready to wait 20 minutes for 4 pieces of bacon.
