The food is spectacular and the host was very friendly. Today's waitress however messed up our orders and brought us the wrong dishes, took too long to bring coffee and forgot to bring part of the order. She brought us the bill without having finished ordering and when we were leaving we asked her for the check she didn't bring it. We had to go to the door to ask for the bill and when she saw us leave she told us that we had not paid. The place wasn't even as full as usual.

LOVE First Watch!Delicious food! Best waffles in town and their salads are exceptional. Great waitstaff too. They all seem to chip in to help eachother.
The French toasts with fresh fruits, and pay the little extra for the real maple sirop. Busy place but worth it. The inside restaurant is a little cold so maybe bring a sweater. Service is good.
I love going to First Watch, it’s my to go breakfast place, I have been to every location that they have in Naples, but this one was just beyond awful. It doesn’t even deserve the 1 star. Every single worker there including the hostess and the server were rude to us. They brought us the check right after we got our food. Nobody came and checked on us, to ask if we needed anything or if everything was ok. I asked for water and it was delivered to me before we left. The server was disrespectful and passive aggressive. Never again ?
We had breakfast or lunch here almost everyday of our stay in Naples as we were able to walk from our hotel. Outside seating is really nice and staff took great care of us each day. Food was excellent each day. We got a variety of different menu items. We will definitely be returning!
What a great breakfast/brunch spot! The million dollar bacon was so good! Great cocktails!! Can’t wait to go back in March! Just disappointed that the outdoor seating wasn’t open, however it had been raining earlier that morning.
Have eaten at other locations in this chain. This one by far had a lot of issues. Would've taken a picture of the cold yet overly burnt potatoes, but when we said something they took them away, but tried to defend that they always come out with chunks of black charcoal like substances in them. Don't get me wrong, I like them charred, but this was charcoal. The eggs Benedict had no runny yolk and my wife's frittata was overcooked and dry. No manager came over, even though we asked. We were told they were cooking. Usually (not this location) this chain is 4 star.
I love this First Watch!! Off the beaten path, right by Lowdermilk Beach, and it has an awesome staff! You can't go wrong here everything is good and I highly recommend it!
