You should receive.... what you order, for $12.00 , a large or 12" thats not too much to ask for ..... We ordered a 12" today (4/22/22) with onions split in 2. We got an overloaded salad soggy sandwich with one half with no meat cut 3 ways.. A pretty simple/standard request. Sandwich shops here need some stern competition ... like a good Jewish deli or a Lenny's or whatever. Do yourself a favor if you appreciate good sandwiches, Go around the corner to Publix, great bread, consistent every time ... reasonably priced ($8)
By far the best firehouse subs! Great fresh hot subs, veryyyy friendly staff, even the owner working the line! Super clean and well stocked, definitely a must have for now on!
Excellent attention. very good food.
Awesome!!! The owner and his crew are fantastic the food is always great
We visit a firehouse in Michigan frequently. In Naples for February. I was impressed that the quality and taste of the subs are very similar in both places. Food was hot, ready on time and staff appreciated my business.
We love Firehouse Subs. Also, any company that believes in freedom and does not fall into the lie about masks (which now it has come out they are useless just as the lock downs) we support even more so. We love America, the Constitution and our hero's that serve and protect us.
Very tasty food and efficient service. Seems very pleasant to eat in with simple decor and nice atmosphere. We had the takeout. We ordered the Firehouse Heroes which conveniently came in both medium and large. There is a size here for every appetite!
Def a decent spot for a quick sandwich. I prefer this place over Jimmy John's and Subway any day of the week. However I would take Jersey Mike's over firehouse. It's a sandwich chain, all their sandwiches are served hot (warm, not spicy). If you're looking for a more northeastern (NY, NJ, CT) style sub, go to Stan's Subs in Bonita off of Old 41. Also for a more unique sandwich, try Slicers off of Livingston and Pine Ridge in Naples.Again, this is a "fast food" style sandwich shop. Quality is decent, staff is friendly, place is busy for lunch. I enjoy their meatball hoagie.
Firehouse subs are usually great so I visited this location for the first time for takeout. I arrived at 8:25 and closing was at 9:00. The chairs were all already up on the tables and three staff were on behind the counter, with no other customers in the restaurant. I ordered a steak and cheese for my wife with all the toppings and a turkey club for myself. When I got home my wife's sub had shredded steak and absolutely no cheese or toppings. My club sub had a load of chicken and bacon with a very small amount of lettuce with no other toppings. Oh, they both did have mayo. My wife's sub ended up in the garbage and I ate mine as I was hungry. I will go to Firehouse Subs again, but never ever this location.
