We live on Marco and frequent Empire Bagel multiple times a week. Their food is delicious. Delores hands down is the best! She holds down that fort during a tsunami of tourist and does it while remembering peoples names and making everyone feel welcome. You can tell she’s a hard worker. Truly a gem.
This morning, my family and I stopped by for bagels and coffee before a long road trip. I am so happy we stopped here! I can’t believe I hadn’t been to Empire Bagel Factory sooner!To start off, the bagel shop is super cute and clean. And when you walk in, you’re greeted by the smiling staff. Max, Grace, and Jason helped us out today. They were helpful, patient, efficient and so friendly!!Next, the bagels were soooo yummy! My in-laws are from New York, and they know good bagels… and they were SO impressed by these! We loved them so much! The cinnamon raisin and sesame were delicious, and we can’t wait to come back and try different flavors. The cream cheese was also so fresh!Lastly, the coffee was superb. My husband loved the hot coffee, but I LOVED the iced coffee. The best thing is that they have coffee ice cubes, so you can sip it all morning without having to worry about it melting and getting watered down! They also had many flavor options, and even some sugar free ones, which is awesome.Can’t wait to come back to Empire Bagel Factory!
Food quality good. Short staffed. Staff predicted bagel sandwiches would be ready in 15. Wait took 30+ mins.Many people complaining.Need to find better talent and manage the process better.
Great place to go for breakfast. The bagels are fluffy and tasty. I had the Lox On Everything Bagel. The bagel was a little salty and chewy but the cream cheese wash smooth and plenty on it. The price is well worth the money. Over all great place to eat and I keep going back. I definitely recommend this place.
S/ O to this establishment for their amazing Lavanzaa coffee ice cubes and their amazing porkroll bagel sandwiches. These coffee ice cubes changes the ice coffee game forever.
I don’t understand how this place has anything beyond 1 star. Waste of money. I paid $7.25 for eggs and bacon on a bagel. First of all the price is outrageous. Especially because I had to pay for cheese even though I did not want cheese. I’m sure if you ask for extra cheese they’ll charge you for it, even though they won’t take off the charge If I order just a bacon and egg sandwich. That is a scam. Now, for the food part. The bagel was chewy, no flavor. The bacon was tough, almost like jerky. And the eggs were absolutely gross. They tasted almost like they came from a bottle mix, they were rubbery too. Just nasty, I’ve attached pictures and you can tell just by looking at them. Very disappointed in this place. Being from NY I know a good bagel place, this is not it.
This place is great! Amazing Bagel variety and great customer service! Feels like I discovered a gem! Will definitely be back. :)
My husband and I were looking for a unique bagel place and found Empire Bagels. When we walked in we were greeted by very nice employees. We had an online order which was ready to go as soon as we got there. The bagels were large and very filling. The Asiago bagel was my fav! My husband ordered a bacon, egg and cheese bagel and was very full by the end. Great place, great workers, great owners!
I have been a huge fan of their Marco Island location for years! I was excited when they opened up right by my house. Although I still work in Marco and only usually get to this location on the weekend, and let me say they never disappoint. The food is consistently great between both stores. The weekend staff rocks and never skips a beat. Good job Empire! ?
I don't live in Naples but have been told there aren't any good bagel shops, until now. These bagels are really good! The toppings on the everything and seaseme bagels stay on when you slice and handle them which is a big plus in my book. The giant cinnamon roll was also a big hit!
