Great customer service, the manager who I need to give a special thank you for the smile and greeting . I wish many of the Naples Restaurants IE: Dunkin Donuts and McDonald's employees follow her lead.I had the Smokehouse breakfast sandwich. OMG delicious. My wife had the Tasty Turkey Sandwich, and she said it was also delicious ?We will be back.
I just wanna start off by saying that I really love this place for breakfast. I normally got to the north fort Myers location but I just moved to Naples so I was excited to learn that I had one right down the road from me. However the Naples spot is a complete night and day difference when it comes to service and quality of products. Upon entering you’re met with the smell of burnt coffee and bagels as if everything is being cooked until black. Pushing that aside, I normally order a simple vanilla cold brew and a bagel but every time I get my coffee it’s made either without cream or sugar or both and it’s starting to get under my skin so much that I really don’t feel like coming back. I’ve tried to give this store the benefit of the doubt but every time I leave frustrated. I will point out that the management is very pleasant but that only gets you so far when things and consistently coming out wrong or aren’t being addressed.

Busy with several in line in front of me, but the line moved quickly. Pleasant speedy service with my order filled perfectly! This location has tap to pay to further speed things up.
Missing ingredients in both our morning bagels. At least tell us so we would have picked a different bagel forbthe price. Sad

Einstein’s Bagel is a chain bagel store. They have a variety of bagels and breakfast sandwiches. Good but nit NY bagel good.
Food was good, they seemed to rush us out because it was Christ-mass Eve. I cannot say as though I blame them, overall a good experience.
