Ran out of certain bagels, which is understandable with everything going on. “All-Nighter” sandwich was good though. Unfortunately the black mold around ceiling vents were definitely not what I wanted to see… all 6 of the vents that were visible in front of the house were like that.
Went right when the place opened and it was dirty- floors, tables, chairs, counters, the highchair was gross. Now I see similar reviews, and wish we would have skipped, not much else open at 6 AM.
First time customer and I don't know if I would give it another shot. I placed an order online for curbside pick up. I arrived shortly after my order was ready. I waited 15min in my car before I had to go in and get the food myself. Why offer curbside pick up if I have to go into the store to get my food. I would understand if the store was busy but there was only 3 people in line. I ordered two breakfast bagles with hashbrowns. I got my food home and it was cold. Presentation of the food was poor. The taste of the food was okay but I could have saved my money and made the same food at home and it would have been better.
Cashiers service was subpar, hadn't been there in a while and unfortunately I forgot to ask them to toast the bagels for me (they used to ask you) I did remember to ask them to cut the bagels just as I was walking out. Turkey avocado Lunch bagel was really good though
Super duper crowded . Zero social distancing. Think I was the only person in put of the 50 or 75 wearing a mask (double mask)I left and could not find another god darn Einstein bagel (or you know NY STYLE Bagel shop).
Tried to come to get a bagel at 1:52 as i was passing by and checked online that the store is supposedly open until 2. When i arrived at the store it was completely closed even though the sign on the store said they were still open. This is a little frustrating to show up to a business during their hours of operation to only find the entire place closed and cleaned with no workers in sight. At least turn off the open sign if you close early. Will not be coming back to this location.
I have been to Einstein’s across the country, this is by far the worst. Safe your money
Lovely atmosphere, great customer service and delicious food! Store is clean and smells amazing as well! Highly recommend!
Coffee lousy, bitter not hot. Bagel smaller that I remember the last time I went to Einstein’s and it wasn’t fresh. Place empty; I can see why. Staff was nice. Unfortunately I wasted $7 bucks.
Saturday morning at 630am you are still not open, 1 employee in the store standing around, no product on the shelves. What a disgrace, I will not be coming back. Chik-fil-a is right around the corner and constantly gets it right.
