We arrived at the hotel when Dusk was the only restaurant still open. It was very busy, but they were able to seat us quickly. I ordered the lychee and lemongrass martini, and was delighted at the smoke show when the waiter popped my bubble. We ordered edamame as our appetizer, and its the reason I gave 4 and not 5 stars. Half of them tasted underdone, and 25% tasted overdone. The sushi rolls we ordered were excellent. We definitely over ate because of how good they were. Service was great.
Sushi was very good and fresh. Not a huge selection but we tried almost every roll on the menu and they were all fantastic. Service was wonderful. Exactly what you would expect from a high end restaurant in the Ritz Hotel. The seating was interesting. Almost like being in a private section of a night club. Very elegant and classy. Not the most comfortable way to eat but this was a minor inconvenience. Overall a very good experience.
The food, service, and ambiance are all very good. However, it is certainly pricey so keep that in mind. Overall would recommend as a upscale sushi place

Very nice time, great service, very good food. The wonderful lady at hostess stand, (I am embarrassed to say I forgot her name), went above and beyond and even sang happy birthday to my sons. She defines the true meaning of customer service. Smile worth pure gold. I hope they value her and all she brings to the restaurant and hotel. We will for sure be returning.

Small selection, sushi was mediocre. The lighting was awful. The management tried to cancel our reservation at 9:30 due to a private event so we came earlier at 9 only to see that there was no event. Not impressed.
