My coffee was excellent, the donuts I ordered for my friends were perfect, and the service was also excellent.

Ya know, for some reason I went back. I shouldn't have.First time was a while back, got ice freaking cold bacon bites!Said not again. Should have listened to myself.Go back today cause wasn't feeling getting out of the car in the rain...asked for a tomato pesto "grilled cheese" sandwich. What I get is two pieces of bread... with pesto on one side and tomato and cheese on the other. Now I'll give ya it was hot and the cheese melted...but the bread was straight out of a bag. NOTHING GRILLED ABOUT IT!!You only get one chance...it should have stopped at cold bacon...it will after this debacle!Too bad for you that I have a good TripAdvisor following for food reviews!

Meh. It’s best quality is it’s in the estates and I don’t have to drive 16 minutes for coffee or donuts. Bad management. Bad teenagers with attitudes. Half cold food. Messed up orders. Drink quality is questionable. Donuts are not cooked right sometimes; flavor is off. It’s a gamble. How this place has 3.5 stars is really unbalanced on here.

Not normally one to complain, but the attendant took my order wrong and then she charged me a dollar more. When I confronted her and said that I think she mistakenly charged me incorrectly, she lied to me and said that it was the same price. Very disheartening. Actually, I think it may be the blonde girl that everybody is talking about ??

No sweet haznut for my coffee. The manager said they don't going to have any more. No understand why?, if all other store in Naples have it.

The one closest to my house charges 30% more. That's a really big difference between 2 stores a few miles from each other. I wonder if the employees don't see the increase.

The rudest employees, sub par food! On top of a back and forth my food was handed to me by the male cook? He Said hope you enjoy that sandwich “coughed smiled waved and slammed the window”. The argument was about honey for my coffee, was told they’re a donut shop not a honey purveyor. This isn’t my first time dealing with these problems either, especially the attitude these Latin girls working the window are the rudest this experience and the cook was over the top!

This is literally the worst Dunkin’ in town. Got breakfast this morning with bacon that was not even close to cooked and a different sandwich that was so burnt it was inedible. I would like to say this is a fluke but there is something wrong every time I’ve gone there.

I think the service it the absolute best they can do with what they have!!! These are teenagers remember, most with their first jobs. Since no adults want to work anymore you should be grateful the place is even open! Driving in or going into the store maybe have some empathy and not be rude as hell to the employees and maybe you would get them to smile more, I wouldn't smile after someone was a rude jerk to me either. So just be grateful you have people to even run that store! They all are doing great for their ages. If you can do better the apply!

I only go to this location because of location, last time I got a burnt bagel with a teaspoon of cream cheese so this time I asked that it be lightly toasted and paid for extra cream cheese. Opened it at work, its the wrong bagel and no extra cream cheese. Needless to say cinnamon raisin bagels do not pair well with veggie cream cheese. Called and the manager wasn't the most pleasant and blamed it on training someone new. Won't be making this my regular stop any time soon.
