The drive thru line is almost always very long and wait time is not good!
Karla needs to be removed from the premises she must be having a bad day or something. Needs to be trained on customer service or maybe just have some empathy in general. Ruined my entire morning, never been treated the way she treated me and my family.
They're always busy but was very nice and Patient with us when we took our 3 young granddaughters in for coco.
Broken A/C in Florida is a health hazard. Will fix my review when your AC is fixed. Not safe for your employees.

The only reason why they got one star was cuz it wouldn't let me give them none what a terrible experience my daughters and I had on Sunday a curly haired girl with glasses no name tag so I don't know her name was so rude to us I've never been treated that way in my life my daughter said wow you have an attitude and she said I sure do. Just a very nasty experience. Just cuz my daughter asked about her coffee 15 minutes after she ordered and hadn't gotten it yet. The girl practically threw it at her. When we ask for a manager she said she's in the back working I can't bother her now. We will never go back there they better do something about this girl especially.

Best spot in Naples to grab coffee early in the morning. There are very few places open at 5am. As a realtor I'm fueled on caffeine and this is one of my favorite places to come early in the morning and get my work done before my crazy day starts working with buyers and sellers in Southwest Florida.
