I’ve been going daily to this location since almost 9 years . My experiences were for the most parts good experiences , Nice and very professional employees. The last few weeks had been horrible. There is a woman who takes your orders at the drive thru who is very very rude and incompetent. Last week a gentleman I believe Javier or Xavier was his name , he was extremely nice , professional and had a great sense of humor at the drive thru. Even other customers had a smile on their faces when I looked in the side mirror… I order each day for me and my colleges $15 . The unpleasant lady yells at her employees inside the shop and makes us customers very uncomfortable. She’s blond bit overweight sorry for the description but I do not know her name . However if this will be ignored , I will contact the district manager and if that doesn’t change then we will contact corporate. I work for a law firm … I’m also someone that rarely leaves bad reviews.I’mI am an international translator for the law firm I speak French , German and Dutch .Just wanted to mention this in case someone finds my grammar here poor . It’s 7 am and I’m very upset with what happened earlier at the Dunkin store . The other employees are sweet and especially the young girl at cashier. I feel very sorry for the employees being bullied by this mean awful blond lady hair are pulled back . She’s just yelling at them and at us the customers. Not acceptable. I will take whatever it takes to have this woman investigated
I stop here every morning and normally the service is good. Today, I attempted to order online inside the store, but the equipment was not working. Three people were working, but seem to be speaking very loudly in Spanish, possibly arguing. I advised them the ordering system was not working, but they seemed to concerned about there conversation. One worker made her own expresso while no one was taking my order. Eventually they took my order, a large coffee with 2 creams, but upon arriving at work, I realized there was no cream in my coffee. If this happens again, the poor customer service and the inability to make my coffee correct, it will be the last time I go to Dunkin Donuts.
This is primarily a drive thru store, good idea, poor layout, traffic spills out onto 105th Street and backs up onto Rt41 south. Service is fast and focused on the drive thru service. Inside they will take an order over the counter but prefer you use the ordering kiosks. There are 3 -4 tables inside with 4 parking spots outside 1 is a handicap spot
Women with visible facial hair have often been treated like sideshow attractions, attracting curiosity and ridicule even when not performing in an actual 19th-century carnival. But facial hair, like all body hair, is completely natural. Some women simply have more of it than others, whether they're trans or dealing with a hormonal health condition like polycystic ovary syndrome, regardless, whatever the case might be, please cover it up when handling food.My wife and I visited this location and we were greeted by a female employee with a full beard and she was taking zero protocol to ensure everyone's safety while handling our meal. Really hope management at this location will require hair nets and "beard" nets for their employees. Until they do, we will start choosing other locations for our coffee and doughnut needs. The men cover, no reason that if a woman should wear a beard that she or "they" should not be required too. As if COVID wasn't enough. Please fix the hygiene and safety standards for this location! - Don
Top-notch customer service and fast ready coffee keep it moving i for sure run on Dunkin.
Wow place is always busy but they work hard and the service is fast. Always nice only thing place is pretty small parking to
I’ve been coming to this location for the past eight years. I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful and quite nice. I order on the mobile app, but they put the food so far behind the counter that it cannot be reached without some assistance. I have stood there for as long as five minutes while employees walk by just looking at me… And today when I reached to grab my order I was shouted out and made to feel like I was stealing my food . Not sure if this is a new employee or how long they have been there, but I will not be returning, not that anyone cares.
I NEVER review any business but this place is being managed so poorly i just want the owner to know. I go to dunkin everyday no matter where i am but this one takes the cake. Lately when they see a customer drive up the employees run to the front door to lock it! then they laugh at you and point you to the drive through! there are literally 4 people laughing DOING NOTHING but will not let people come in . I don't know if the same people own the one on pine ridge but if they start doing that I'm done with this BAD business! Insulting
The staff was so super friendly and helpful. The most engaging customer service I have ever experienced at a Dunkin Donuts. Great staff!!!!
I visited the drive-through today and realized when I left they didn't give me my credit card back. When I went back to get it 10 minutes later I was told by the store manager that they gave it to somebody else with no apologies or any kind of of remorse. When I went to leave I was told "we're just human we make mistakes"(Well they didn't put cream in my coffee instead of milk )they gave my credit card without asking for ID to a random person!! That is not a mistake, that is negligence!!! I Also didn't care for the flippant remark as I was leaving ! That is so unbecoming of a person in charge as I was leaving anyway to cancel my card asap.. It was nothing less than argumentative. I feel like that manager should be demoted at very best. That whole thing could have gotten ugly if it was a different person other than myself with all that's going on in the world these days .She was not taking into consideration her own personal safety or the safety of her employees or other people in the store by speaking to a customer the way that she did. I will also be reporting this to the corporate office tomorrow.
