Im from Seattle..coffee capital but these guys didnt know a cup a joe from there left thumb! I wanted a vanilla mocha..thats it! And they could NOT get it through there head that it was NOT a latte...and after all that, the cup of coffee was wretched ???
I was hoping to start off my morning with a coffee when I walked in. Every single employee was silent and paid no attention to me when I walked in. Michael came to take my order and approached me with “how can I help you” and I said “good morning” and I received silence in return. I then attempted to order my normal drink, a medium Nitro Cold Brew and he abruptly told me they only came in a small which I know is false becuase I’ve ordered it a thousand times. I say okay and he then serves the drink with no ice. Normally ice comes in it. So I ask for ice in it and he said “it doesn’t come with ice. I can give you a cup of ice”. At this point I was over it and asked for a refund. I’ll happily pay more for a drink somewhere else rather than have that bs experience.
Went for iced coffee. The place was empty and the coffee was good.

Dunkin' is always good, people could be friendlier. Everyone was so serious and uptight.
I gave 1 star so I could write this complaint. I wanted to thank Dunkin Donuts for ruining my breakfast. I'll I wanted was an everything bagel with cream cheese. I cant believe the poor pathetic excuse for a bagel they served me. I know they have portions to follow and there busy but follow the guidelines and take a little pride in your work show some self respect.

It was super fantastic, we came with four buses full of 200 plus kids for breakfast and oh God the staff did a fantastic job. Hoorah for Dunkin donuts.
Chi tea, was warm milk with sugar and something I can not pin point. Service was undesirable ?
