UNBELIEVABLY DISAPPOINTED DISGUSTING SERVICE!ALWAYS being rushed , order is NEVER CORRECT , were do they find these people. No one speaks or understands english at all. (I am hispanic)NO ONE TAKES THE TIME TO UNDERSTAND WHAT THE CUSTOMER WANTS. They have the nerve to give you attitude when they get your order wrong as if its free or something. Customer service is horrible. As a teenager I worked at McDonalds and my manager taught us to say “May I get anything else for you?” Or May I interest you in ________ ? Not “it that it” after everything you order thats 100% rude. Also no one says good morning, good afternoon, have a nice day, nothing its awful. Moving forward i will go across town to get dunkin. I rather spend the gas for great customer service and my order right then what I continue to experience in my own neighborhood as this is NOT the first time. I just finally have had enough. This is why Golden gate has such a bad rep cause the workers here are all disgusting and rude. And quite frankly it’s embarrassing. I go out of way to help people all the time as i love to see people smiling and happy.I will be contacting higher ups about this. People should be able to shop within their own communities and not have to travel across town.

I am a loyal Dunkin customer. I am not in the habit of writing letters to complain. Many Dunkin stores provide great service and I usually have no issues. However, my experience yesterday at 4800 Golden Gate Pkwy, Naples, FL was horrible.I ordered a large hot coffee from the drive-thru. At the service window, as I put my hand on the coffee cup being extended, the lid popped off and hot coffee spilled on the door of my car, both inside and outside. The hot coffee also spilled on my arm and leg.The young lady at the window took the cup from me (I never dropped the cup!) and a few moments later came back with the same cup, full of coffee. She did not give me a new cup. All she said was "have a nice evening". No apology. She did not offer me anything to clean myself or my car. She proceeded to tell me it was not her fault and she wasn't going to do anything about it.I asked to see the manager. She told me there was no manager on duty. I asked to speak with whoever was in charge, but she just gave me a blank stare.I am livid. This was totally incompetent and unacceptable service. Needless to say, I will not be back to that particular Dunkin, and that's a shame because it is conveniently close to the school where I teach.

Worst service , terrible customer service, if you tell them you will call the Headquarters, they tell you “ I don’t care , do it “ can’t believe how bad they are

I recently had a unpleasant visit to this establishment. Where the employees treated me with such distaste. And called me a name. And for the first time I feared having my drink.

Stopped today for a drink. First tried to order a macchiato, but they were out of espresso. So ordered a chai latte. My mom ordered the refresher. Both of us ordered larges, hers easy ice and mine no ice.

if I could leave less than a one-star I definitely would. horrible customer service horrible knowledge of their own products. when I inquired if the Bavarian cream was the custard cream filled donut or the light fluffy cream filled donut they were unable to tell me they said they did not know I had to look it up on the internet. now yes maybe I should have known going in however I was picking them up for somebody else and they said they wanted the fluffy cream donut. when I then inquired if the Bavarian cream filling was vanilla or chocolate he said they only had white powder I tried to explain I wasn't inquiring about the powder I was trying to inquire about the filling which he then repeated they don't have chocolate powder. so I said I would like to of the Bavarian cream donuts I then proceeded to try to order a bagel which he then interrupted asking how many donuts do you want in an extremely I guess frustrated manner I explained that I wanted to Boston cream donuts and a grilled plain bagel with cream cheese now before I could get out the cream cheese he went back to how many donuts I wanted. at this point I set recommended we start over I said that I would like to Bavarian cream donuts one plain bagel grilled with cream cheese and a sugar-free French vanilla iced coffee with 10 creamer and 10 sweetener he told me he had no idea what I was talking about. at that point I told him to cancel the order I tried to then call to speak to a manager I was hung up on twice when I requested to speak to a manager not put on hold not ask to please hold just simply hung up on and when I tried to call back a third time they didn't answer the phone at all. they need I feel and this is an I feel statement to get employees that one know the products they're selling and two understand customer service. now the customer is not always right however to be rude and disrespectful is something you would expect from a teenager with their first job possibly however as I drove through the drive-thru it appear to be a 30 something year old man.
