“Irma” was rude and showed so much disrespect to customers… never coming again. Need better customer service especially with your middle aged workers.
Just wish they employed more staff with some personality the guy who served me has served me several times and its like dealing with a vacant robot doesnt interact nor remember. I know its Dunkin but really it doesnt take much effort to not be a robot. All he ever says is hello welcome to DD how can I help you. I think after 100 visits it would be the same.
Ordered muffins and donuts for my office only received my muffins (4) how is it that supposed to feed 8 girls tried calling store no one answers. Not a happy person.

I always have a good day experience yet today I had a not so great one. The drink and food was fine yet the costumer service was not very pleasing. The man I spoke to was dull and seemed very annoyed with me ordering my drink. I will still come back but it’s safe to say they may need to seek a better set of staff.
From out of town and found this location. Clean, spacious with a fab team. Ordered online and it was always right, always fast, and always delicious! Well done!
As a local Naples real estate agent I stay fueled on caffeine so I can take care of all my buyers and sellers. Dunkin is the only coffee shop near my office at Domain realty that is open early. Had to meet a home buyer early to write an offer so stopped into the location on pine ridge to grab up some lattes. Service was fast and friendly. Lattes were the best on this early Saturday morning
