Love this place, the employees are always friendly. The foods usually always good, unless it's a long line. Because there so fast maybe it gets a little warm. But I wait now for the line to move and it's fresh and hot every time. I love the little filled bagels bites. My favorite, I guess there's a little bakery behind it walked in there one day by accident. And the workers in there were so friendly also. Love this whole little building I wish I could give it ten stars. You can check my reviews I usually only have negative stuff to say. But this place front and back. I love it
It used to be a good location but management must be different. They no longer toast the bagels and don't get the special orders correct. We order for our clinic through ubereats and maybe that's why this is happening. Regardless, it's a management issue and needs to be rectified. Now we order from a diner that's local and they are happy to have our business. Toasting a bagel and not getting added items is trivial in the grand scheme of things but, it's costing dunkin donuts and the driver, money now since we have given up on ordering from there.
My bf is a driver for the bakery, he's an amazing driver and the bosses and owner can see that. Very friendly place to get coffee very friendly to eat. And unlike most bosses, they don't believe most things angry customers say about there employees out of anger. If they did I guarantee my hard working bf would have lost his job. Its a shame when people go after other people's jobs when they don't want to work. But I applaud this dunkin donuts for standing up for there employees and making a he'll of a good coffee. I enjoy this location and will not change even if my bf decides to change jobs. I'm a pharmacist down here on shadowlawn, this is my dunkin.
Tried to pick up an order for delivery well into the morning hours, drive-thru line was around the block. Several other people came by and tried the door saying they had ordered ahead for a reason. There were staff inside and after someone stood there knocking an employee finally popped their head up to point to the drive-thru. No signs anywhere indicating the lobby is closed. I am trying to make a living, not sit in line for a half hour, what a joke.
Stopped for a coffee before a listing appointment in Lely Resort in East Naples. Staff was friendly, place was clean and the outdoor seating was a nice bonus. Conveniently located off tamiani trail with plenty of parking. The area is under construction so it looks closed but it is definitely open

I couldn't believe how rude they are and the events that took place here. Corrected me with everything I ordered. When I finally got to the window, I could hear them laughing and screaming at people to "go away" at the lobby front entrance. You need complete new staff at this location. There are at least a couple women here that should not be in the customer service field. I will be contacting corporate over this incident.
Walked In to order as I was In a rush to get to work on time. Stood by the register for 5 minutes with an employee staring at me and still no one helped me. So I go ask the employee if someone could take my order and he says I have to wait in the long drive through line. Why would you leave the inside open if you're not going to serve people or even let me know you won't serve me??? Terrible service almost every time I stop by.

O my , went in the evening every donut we ask for they did not have . Ordered and we did not even get what we ask for. Went through the drive through to order. The road was in rebuilding could hardly get to the drive though. Don’t go there! Not friendly!
