Went thru the dt.and got a biscuit sandwich was delicious.
Best Dunkin’ in Naples, hands down. They’re quick and efficient. Only downside is the traffic during their peak hours as well as the reduced parking space.
Horrible service, asked the manager where the colada is on the menu and she just said it's in with cold drinks and walked away. Told them I needed someone to take my order because coladas were not in the computer. No one ever came to take my order pretty much sat there for 20 minutes and had to leave. Absolute horrible service and will never return to this location again

They are under staffed but handle the craziness well. The owner of this Dunkin needs to be paying them properly for what they deal with in the am. Grabbing my am cold brew after taking my son for his 5am bike ride really helps lol.
Don't order online at this location. They lock the door even in non busy hours, if you're in a hurry go somewhere else

I only go to this Dunkin for my Iced Caramel Lattes. They are on the money with my drinks.
Love me some dunks but the school line is ridiculous, they take up the whole lane to turn into dunks
