What can I say it's donuts! what can one do to make a bad donut? Dunkin Donuts are as good or better than any other donut ever made.
Very clean and organized store and nice workers but all the hispanic cashier that has red lips tattooed on his left arm had to be high as a kite me being a former addict now in recovery. He had confusion with the POS stating it was slow my dad ordered an old fashioned donut he gave us 2 old fashioned donuts one boston cream and one glazed! Then our coffees dad got french vanilla i got carmel swirl both med iced. He told my dad in order to figure out which is which we will have to smell them.
Worst Dunkin EVER. Bathroom is absolutely disgusting. Also, maybe it'll be a good idea to have someone who understands English working the register. If you ask for a TOASTED bagel, it'll come out cold and untoasted, then they'll say you took the wrong thing, and that the order you took was for the person behind you. Well, there was no one behind me, the staff is literally just that incompetent.
Actually went to the drive thru, no complaining, but it took way to long, now maybe 7-8 minutes isn't forever, it's just a fact a drive thru should be a few minutes. I will try again tomorrow.
Facility is filthy, and you will wait 10 minutes for your order while the staff and manager are on their personal phone. Sandwich was cold and the eggs looked as if they were cooked yesterday. I returned it. It’s a wonder they’re still in business.
