Great selection of menu options to choose from… my favorite is pineapple mango ice drink…I also like coffee from Dunkin’ and as usual their donuts are amazing…the staff are very nice and friendly…the service is prompt..you have options of dining in or sit outside..if you in hurry you can always choose drive thru …overall it a great place to enjoy quick bite..hope you enjoy your experience at Dunkin’!!!

NEEDS A CLOSED SIGNPulled into this location yesterday at 5:06 p.m. walked up to door and there was a sign that read"Due to worker shortage lobby closes at 12 p.m. use drive thru." Returned to my vehicle, pulled up to speaker and sat there, said "hello, is anyone there," several times and was met with silence. Waiteda few minutes, in case employee in the restroom and then moved on to the window. Once at the window I encountered 2 young employees inside, the young man motioning to me they are closed. I asked him to open the window and told him that a sign on the speaker or menu that they close at 5 p.m would be considerate of customers and their time, as people were behind me. He informed me, "Only the manager can do that." His attitude was quite carefree and almost a "too bad lady" kind of ring to it. Hmmmm okay?, My parting words to the young mam were, tell the manager that signs everywhere CLOSES AT 5 PM are advisable.In my 20 yrs of living in Naples, I have never experienced a business that was this disnterested in keeping their customers. I am glad there are several other Dunkin Donuts locations that are open till 8 pm and have friendly, competent employees.

I have been a customer of Dunkin for over 20 years. I have never seen such a dis-functional store as this one. The staff is lovely but the Manager Gina is not only rude and obnoxious but totally clueless. I have never seen any other Dunkin have the issues she has. How can you have only three employees working every morning during the busiest part of the day and during season. Employees all quit because of her incompetence. I and many others have witnessed her scream and belittle her staff in front of customers. I have even heard from employees that have left that she steal their tips from the window. Because of her lack of LEADERSHIP, we denied the convenience of a drive through. We as the customers have to be late to work because of the long lines. I have witnessed many cars leave the line because of the long wait. I think Corporate should run an analysis and see how much money they are loosing because she cant keep or hire additional staff.

This is literally the WORST Dunkin’ I’ve ever been too, which is a lot. For one their speaker is always broken, they can never hear you which instead of them repeating anything back to you, they just get it wrong every single time. Their staff is unbelievably rude and just could care less about you or your order, the one girl running drive through is always a nightmare to deal with when she’s talking through the speaker. I usually go to the Dunkin’ on Golden Gate Parkway and they’re literally the nicest and fastest people ever. All I know is I would never recommend going to this one, just go to the Empire Bagel that’s right next to it if you really need that breakfast fix.
Closest dunkin to my house. I will drive 10 minutes to another dunkin before I go here. Order is rarely every right. Girls at the window always short and in a bad mood. Drive thru speaker apparently doesn't work well either. Save yourself frustration and go to another dunkin.
Manager(lady) screaming at her employees like a animal,told her to come down .Don't tell me how to do my job she says and shut the window on my face.Again good workers,bad management
Donuts are always from the night before and my sweet tea wasn't sweet enough.
