This is one of the better run Dunkins in the area. Ordering was smooth, wait was short, and order was correct. Despite the crummy location (in the middle of Alfie's parking lot) I give it 2 thumbs up-- they should use staff from this location to train others.

This is the worst D.D I've ever gone to. Food is old and stale. I used to go to this Dunkin' Donuts every day but stopped about a year ago because it's a dirty place and they couldn't get an order right if it were to save there lives. I went back a year later and they still can't get It right. I've been back there 6 times now and 5 times out of 6 they couldn't get a simple large coffee 6 creams and 2 sweet and low correct. I've gotten 4 and 4 , 2 creams 6 sweet and Low 5 creams and one sweet and low and today 6 creams and 2 equal, I clearly said sweet and low. After 10 minutes i got the coffee and just like last year it tasted more like cream and water than coffee. What is wrong with this manager, you need a new manager, she can't take an order correctly and whoeverdoes the hiring here should resign. When I told The manager my coffee needed sweet and low not Equal she gave me a look that can kill. Employees are slow as molasses and very rarely get a simple coffee order correct. I refuse to come back to your establishment and recommend you all do the same. They're all a bunch of dummies in there. Starting with management. You need to clean house and start over.

Quick and friendly. The inside was clean and well kept. had a large group order and everything went well the order was prepped quickly and there were no issues.

I ordered a drink and never got it I only spent like 3 bucks so I was not gonna make a scene but and I didn't even get a recipe

Asked for the English muffin to be toasted on my sausage, egg and cheese sandwich and abruptly cut off by the young man behind the counter, who explained, as if I were a 5-year-old, that "they are already toasted, no need to order it that way." (So of course he didn't note it on my order, which I saw later.) I just laughed and said, "oh, is that right?". He's less than half my age telling me about always doing something. While, they did indeed make this practice standard back before turning customer out quickly was the priority, it hasn't been a practice for quite some time and you must add it to the order if you want to see even the barest of toasting. So... as I'm sure you can guess, lo-and-behold, not a single toasted crumb on the English muffin. Not a one. And the sausage is not like it used to be. All in all, I was pretty dissatisfied with everything from the service to the food to the rediculou price.

Couldn’t get a coffee at 7:49pm because they were closing at 8:00pm. If than, close all and go home.

Hit or miss. Non friendly service and poorly made drinks must of the time

I ordered a Dunkaccino today and when I was almost done with the drink, I felt something solid in my mouth. When I spit it out I was thinking maybe it was coffee beans but that for sure is a bug, it has wings and it was in my mouth. So disgusted and disappointed. Never going to this location again.

Not giving this place another chance. They always burn the bagels when toasting them and they are so stale that it hurts my teeth to bite into them.
