They’ve got a great group working here! I have never had an issue at the store, and I frequent it often. This day and age it’s hard to get good customer service especially in the food industry, with everybody overwhelmed and understaffed, but these guys continue to do a great job.
Last order i was charge doble i called but they ask me for recep to give me my money back,but i noticed i was charge double days after whe i was checking my bank acount so i dont have the recip by then,i went to the store with a pic of my ststement and they dont want to give me my money back
Very clean store. Staff was attentive and welcomed you when you first walked in. Online pickup time was spot on.
Our experience was excellent. Our only other word to describe it is perfect.
Everything I ordered came as ordered. Delivery driver was clean, polite, friendly and respectful. Even got a Surprise Free pizza. That was a nice add on. Have not ever had an issue with this store to the point that when I want pizza delivery will order only from them.
This Domino’s has been feeding our family at least once a week for the past year and a half. They’ve always been willing to go above and beyond for their customers. For example, it was a late Saturday night…like 10:00 I had my daughter and a bunch of her friends in the car and we’d ordered there…it was still going to be quite some time…well they suggested that we go home and they’d bring it to us so I could get them home! I thought that was very nice. Thanks for doing a great job!
Sometimes that realtor life has you working long days and you need dinner in a pinch for the kids. Located off Immokalee in North Naples this is near my house and it's my kids #1 choice for pizza. I swear the Italian in me skipped a generation. The prices are affordable and delivery is always quick. Today I picked it up for the first time and the service inside was just as good. As far as chain pizza goes I rank this the best.
I order pizza from them and even tho I didn’t put my door number I have my phone number on their where they can still call me but the failed to do that worst pizza experience ever to be honest . And the guy that answered was rushing me off the phone when I was trying to say something. Get it together ....
I recommend this place. The service is pretty fast, <15 minutes for 3 pizzas. And the pizzas taste really good, they are the best at this point. No 5 five stars though because there's not a lot of space to sit in and eat. It is better for pick-up.
This particular store always screws up my order or it is cold by the time it gets to me. Which I do not understand when I only live two minutes away from the store!! I WILL NOT be ordering again.
